Amazing apartment with bird's eye view of Vienna. It has a really high end finish, fabulous kitchen but still manages to feel homely. Wilfried provided a warm welcome and showed us the ropes.
Nothing to do with the apartment but be prepared for supermarkets being closed on a Sunday, stock up well on provisions before early close on Saturday evening!

View was great. Saunas was nice and clean. Hosts attitude was great, travelled with a baby and got some extras to make our stay nicer. Also agreed upon checking in a little bit earlier. There was air purifier. Host responded to all inquires within minutes. Good transport connection, and within walking distance to the center. Grocery store within 1min walk.
All the rooms had some black hair on furniture and on the floor, maybe human, maybe animal, not very pleasant, otherwise clean. Property rules state: "This property accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, EC-Card" and "Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.", however we were charged ~50EUR more because I had a credit-card not debit card (it was Mastercard Gold credit, so not something shady). City skyline was superb from the 9th floor, however if you look down on the street you see train station (also a beautiful building), which seemed to be the only place we saw in all Vienna where drug addicts and drunk people (~20 of them, 24/7) were sleeping/fighting/basically living. Although, they didn't seem to care about other people.

Amazing apartment. We was very pleased with the standard of the apartment and it had an excellent view.

Location was very close to public transportation. The apartment is very beautiful and comfortable.
There is a rowdy homeless group that hangs out very close to the building.
