Great location! The flat is across the street from the metro station. One block away is the Penny Market with groceries and essentials. Two blocks away is a shopping area with restaurants and retail shops. The view of the city is amazing, and the flat was quite comfortable for 4 of us. Our host was helpful and explained the many options for sightseeing and using public transportation. We cooked several meals in the nicely equipped kitchen.
The key to the building was a little tricky, but with some gentle persuasion, we eventually figured out the best way to manage it.

The apartment is impressive, the 360 view of the city is superb. A plus the sauna and the closed balcony, ideal if there are smokers in the group.It has two bathrooms and the kitchen is super well equipped with accessories, crockery and most modern appliances. For 4 friends it was ideal, very luxurious and cozy at the same time. The location is good but a bit far from the center, anyway being 4 we took an uber for 15 euros and arrived in 15 minutes to the most iconic places in Viena. The public transport is very convenient for those who decide to use it. The train and the tram are just around the corner.

The apartment was wonderfully furnished and the view was spectacular. The apartment was fully functional with a great kitchen and laundry facility to make the stay absolutely comfortable. The host was incredibly helpful. There is a sauna that we were not able to make use of, but it is a great option if you have the time.
Local transport was quite good. The West Banhof is only a few stops by U-Bahn and there is a direct light rail line into the city centre.
It took a minor bit of effort to check into the apartment but it was no big thing. The location is on the west side and isn't the most scenic or best part of Vienna but, again, was very minor for us.

This place was worth every penny, the apartment was huge and absolutely stunning, we could've stayed an extra week!
Insane views of Vienna, the sauna was an absolute luxury, the location was perfect too,, we can't wait to return :D

The location and view were fabulous. The apartment is less than a block to the train/subway system that provides access to the entire City. Also, several markets nearby. My favorite part was the floor plan - lovely in-suite patio with fireplace - separated water closet and shower and in-suite washer/dryer.

The apartment is spacious and fully equipped with everything you might need. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered – even the small touches that make you feel at home, like the fireplace and the sauna.
A special thanks for the helpful guidebook with tips and recommendations about Vienna – it was a lovely and useful addition. The beds are comfortable, and the bed linen was clean and fresh. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay.
There is also an underground parking space available for an additional fee.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable.
There were a few issues that affected our overall impression. The table on the veranda was dusty and hadn't been properly cleaned. The towels, although not dirty, were quite worn and had a noticeable greyish tone from long use, which made them feel less fresh. Most importantly, the host entered the apartment while we were away without informing us in advance. Even if it was for a repair, we believe prior notice should have been given, as it concerns guests' privacy.

I absolutely loved how close we were to transportation and the accommodation was lovely. We had two apartments rented and we were shared on the 10th floor. The views were incredible and the host was great!

Amazing location with excellent connectivity to the centre, supermarkets nearby like Billa, Spar and nice cafes nearby. It is a city known for cafes.
The rooms are spacious and bathrooms are great. The property is made of quality material and well maintained.
The living room is awesome with beautiful view of Vienna.
There is fridge/freezer/ and fully equipped fridge. Umbrellas are also provided and slippers.
The host is lively and generous and helpful. He replies instantly on WhatsApp.
Schonbrunn palace and zoo are 15-20 minutes away if taking Uber (€11 one way for a 5 seater). Worth buying the tickets to both attractions, zoo had lots of animals e.g., polar bear (unfortunately panda enclosure was being refurbished - Vienna is the one of the only four European cities to house pandas) and many others, and is the oldest zoo.
Innere Stadt is like a 35-40 minute walk that I strongly recommend. Parliament is 20 minutes walk. Or you can take a tram, again you will get there in 20 minutes. Central cafe Turkey sandwich was awesome and their desserts are a must.
A few places were unclean with lots of hair.
On the street opposite, some dodgy people. Avoid them and you will be OK.

As a couple we booked the South View two bedroom apartment in the middle of our three week Europe trip so we could enjoy more space and get some washing done.
Unfortunately the layout of the apartment was not very user friendly. There was no comfy couch to sit on - the two couches were arranged around the strangely shaped "outside area" and you can't see the TV from either. We spent most evenings sitting at the dining room table. The "fireplace" was a screen with a picture of flames. The linen was threadbare and the towels were sub-standard. It was so hot in the apartment in December that we turned the aircon on - which then leaked water, so we were asked not to use it. As others have commented, the flat is situated across the road from the train station where the vagrants hang out. It is also some way out of the main centre - we would have preferred being closer to the main markets, shopping streets and restaurants. However what really marred our trip was the host's conduct on our arrival with regard to payment. When I booked through booking.com the rate quoted stated that it included rates and charges - the price shown was what I would pay at the property. My terms and conditions stipulated that no prepayment was required - I would pay on arrival and the property accepted Visa cards. On arrival however, the host added on a 4% surcharge because I was paying by Visa card. When I objected he insisted that he had sent me an email requesting that I pay by EFT and that if I did not I would have to pay extra. I have been unable to find this email and the host has been unable to provide me with a copy. In fact he sent me an email saying "maybe it was my fault not to inform you prior to arrival that you can also pay with banking transfer without any additional costs". Despite this the host has refused to refund the surcharge. Just an unpleasant experience - all charges should be disclosed at the time of booking.

This apartment was amazing - it has everything you might want (and more) to feel comfortable, and the host made us feel very welcome and was very responsive, very professional. There was a nice baby bed for our 2 year old, and a high chair, and a few toy cars. It was super modern, clean and the views are stunning. The beds were comfy, there's a washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen, not just with tools but also little things like oil, spices etc which was so convenient. Can really recommend this place!
Really, the apartment is great, there is nothing negative to say. The pics are also very accurate, so you know what to expect
