Located at two locations within 400 and 2953 feet from the Main Train Station and the Belvedere Palace (in the 4th and 10th Viennese district), SKY9 Penthouse Apartments offers elegant and differently sized studios and apartments with free WiFi and panoramic views of the city. Belvedere Palace can be reached within a 10-minute tram ride. All units are fitted with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine, a living and sleeping room with a king-size box spring-bed and a flat-screen smart TV, and a bathroom with a shower or a bathtub and a hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are provided. Guests can enjoy breakfast at the property´s partner hotel, 984 feet away. A spa area consisting of a sauna, a steam bath and an indoor pool is located in the same building as the Penthouse Studio and can be used at a surcharge. Private parking is available against a surcharge, and shuttle services can be requested. Upon request, guests can store their luggage on site before check-in and after check-out. From all locations, various restaurants and shops can be reached within a few minutes´ walking distance. The Karlsplatz Square and the St. Stephen’s Cathedral are a 5 to 10-minute underground ride away, and Schönbrunn Palace can be reached within 20 minutes by public transport. Vienna International Airport is 9.3 mi away. On request and for an extra charge, a shuttle service can be arranged.

It was equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, iron and board etc.
The apartment did not look like the pictures. It was basic. No extra pillows, microwave etc. It was about a 20 minute walk (2 underground stops) from where I believed to have booked so that was very disappointing as the area was not very nice.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had everything you would need. There was also a balcony to sit out on. We found it easy to travel on the public transport into town and there were a few supermarkets around for the basics.

It was really spacious and the terrace with the views was amazing!
It was a bit difficult for the gps to get our car there because of the blocked roads which must have taken place since the last update. Its not the propertys fault though

They charge a $220. deposit fee that took for ever to refund.There was very little to no equipment in kitchen not even a cutting board no basic tv Chanel and the WiFi did not work when I got there. The day I check out at 10:45am I got surprised by the cleaning lady walking in the apartment when I was coming out of the shower she was not supposed to be in there before 11:00
