The location was ideal, near all main attractions. The closet space was surprisingly exceptional. The room felt like a mini apartment. The staff was attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend this Aparthotel if you are visiting Vienna for the first time.
I would just suggest to add more variety to the breakfast, starting with yogurt :)

The location is excellent for walking directly to St Stephens Cathedral and all major sites from there. Very quiet with no traffic noise at night. The kitchenette was very well-equipped even though we didn't do any cooking but the fridge and coffee were very handy to have.
Just a suggestion for some artwork on the walls, as the room felt a bit austere and lacking colour.

Its as close as you can get to having your own vacation apartment in Vienna. The location is perfect (few minute walk to St. Stephen) and the staff is friendly and helpful (kudos to Christophe and Marcel). It was our second time staying at Singerstrasse 21 and we would stay there again. We loved our apartment and would always prefer to stay at Singerstrae 21.
Be sure to request an apartment if you want a kitchenette. There really wasnt anything to dislike- great location, great staff and comfortable, stylish accommodations.

Did not have breakfast. The property location, for our needs, was perfect both for walking around the center of Vienna and close to underground stations,tram, buses, restaurants, and all types of stores. The room was large, comfortable with all the amenities needed.
The price of the room was a bit high for the time of season that we visited.

The location was fine, as easy walk to the main square. Our room was very generic and no feel of luxury at all. Breakfast was decent but not amazing.
I didn't really like the "hotel" at all. I will not stay there again. We tried something different but it didn't work out. Our room was clean and we were perfectly safe but just very basic.
