Great location. Nice room, big enough. Small kitchen, but enough for light meals, Nespresso coffeemaker.

The room was quite big and really comfortable, better than our expectations actually. The location is also great, being very close the christmas market and close to the landmarks, eateries and markets. The breakfast was not that great though.
The breakfast was not great at all. I actually found a hair in the food. Overall a really boring breakfast option.

The location is ideal. Convenient to everything in Vienna. This was the best place we've ever stayed at in Europe. From the front door to the back door, it was a high quality experience. The staff - excellent. The room, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, plenty of space.
I can't think of anything we didn't like.

We selected this hotel because of its location right next to the Vienna City center, St. Stephen's Cathedral and xmas markets. The room was clean and roomy. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. It is within walking distance to most of the attractions within the city center We will select this hotel the next time we are in Vienna.

The room was impeccable - clean and comfortable. The property is within walking distance of some of the best sights in the inner-city. Also nearby, are Amazon pick-up locations - very helpful if something last minute comes up. The staff were terrific and helpful. We felt instantly welcomed - the staff gave great tips about when and where to see sights. Beds and linens were comfortable. Their in-house parking worked out perfectly.
The pillows were a little flat - we asked for additional pillows and they were provided within minutes. That solved it. The temp was a little warm for sleeping. As is with most Vienna hotels, the decor inside the rooms was colder, "modern" - very little color or design.

Excellent location and easy to walk to everything. Front desk was very kind and helpful. We had breakfast there one morning and it was a good spread but kind of expensive so we checked out cafes nearby the rest of our mornings. There is a nespresso machine provided in the room and pods which was appreciated. I really loved the shower pressure! All in all it was a great stay. I would stay again and recommend it to others.
Breakfast was a bit expensive so we only did it once, but it's also similarly priced to other hotel buffet breakfasts so I wouldn't judge based on that.

We came to see the xmas markets and explore the city in November 2026. The location of the aparthotel was fantastic. Close to Stephensplaztz and the opera and the subway. It was superconvenient to get to other parts of the city. The neighborhood was great with tons of excellent restaurants around. There was a supermarket really close by as well as a pharmacy. There were a lot of boutique shops around for all sorts of things from clothing to jewelry to home items. The aparthotel itself was great. We didn't use the breakfast option so I cannot comment about that. The room was large, clean, and had plenty of storage. They cleaned the room daily. The staff were wonderful - very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place very highly.

The location was perfect and they clean it daily. The staff I mean specifically reception staff were quite friendly and helpful.
They should really take more care about facilities specifically in bathroom. Our shower was almost broken and staff didn’t care. Beds were also somehow old and should be replaced.

The hotel is conveniently located near Stephansplatzр near the historic center, where most of the city's attractions can be seen. I highly recommend visiting the Empress Sisi Museum. The bed and pillows are comfortable, breakfast and parking are at extra cost. Compared to other hotels the price is acceptable and our room was very spacious.
