Wonderful
It has perfect location for our trip and free parking option was very good for us. Also around of room super slient, you can feel like your accommodation is in the forest, breakfast was amazing, workers super kind.
Just I can suggest, if they put to room, non-returnable slippers, it can be super nice

The only disadvantage that I did not expect was that they did not have an iron in the entire hotel.

We really loved location - it is in the city, but not so loud and busy, it is calm and quite. Perfect location for families with kids.
Personal is very kind and helpful. Free and safe parking zone in the theritory of hotel.
It was really clean but the smell of cleaning products was too intense for us.

Location! 7 minute walk to Palace then 6 minute walk to subway station Schonbrunn (U-bahn 4 to Karlsplatz) center of Vienna EVERYTHING). PLUS Free parking at hotel!!!
Room TV only German language stations so used phone or hotel Internet to connect my computer to NETFLIX and watched movies in English!!!!

This is our second stay in the hotel. The outside area is amazing, the best option for travel with kids. Squirrel are jumping all around, fresh air. Simple, but delicious breakfast. The hotel is in walking distance from Schnbrunn garden.
Walls in the rooms need some paint or need to be washed.

The staff of the hotel didn't write our reservation from the booking to their books. When we came to the hotel it turned out that all the rooms are booked by other tourists with our room to be as well. The hotel made a reservation in other place in the distance of 500m. But it was pure luck that thay had a spare room because in other situation we would had to look for the room by ourselves. The price for the new room was 80 euro more than we would pay but the hotel covered and we got that 80 euro back. This situation never happened to me before. The staff is the most uncompetent hotel staff I've met.

Peaceful, but good access to public transport if needed
