The beautiful hotel offers luxury stay walking distance from the Vienna Opera House, St Stephen Dom and Museum Quarter to name a few. From the welcoming arrival they offer comfortable & spacious rooms with decent coffee. In the lobby information for sites, restaurants and even the weather are available on request. There are a coffee station and comfortable lounge at the entrance, even has umbrellas for the guests. The attention to detail, staff willingness to assist (even recommendation for "apfel strudel") make this hotel one of the best I have ever stayed in. Highly recommended.

It's on a pedestrian alley which makes it nice and quiet.

Schlosshitel Romischer Kaiser is a small gem in an elegant city. Classically appointed rooms. Perfectly located on a quiet street in the heart of the Innere Stadt makes exploring on foot easy. Good bed. Lots Van of hot water. Exceptional staff. Excelllent breakfasts.

Good location!
Having to step into a deep bathtub to take a shower was not good! Can’t imagine how elderly people would take a shower there. Those tubs needs to be replaced with a shower!!!

nice big room with seating area, comfy chairs and bed, nspresso coffee machine and various teas, good size bathroom , bath , great staff, lovely breakfast buffet, very convenient for all the main vienna sites eg 10 mins walk to Spanish riding school, stephenspkatz etc , plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby
although very good,it did seem a little pricey but maybe not compared to London?

Pleasant staff, quiet with most sites within easy walking distance and a couple of decent restaurants just 50 metres away. Breakfast was good. The only grumble would be the cost of the airport taxi return journey. We had a surly driver who charged 51 euros against the 43 we arranged for the journey from the airport. I would strongly recommend using the CAT train. Nonetheless we enjoyed the hotel.
