This is the second time for us at the Schlosshotel Römischer Kaiser in Vienna! A wonderful place to call home with comfortable and cozy rooms, friendly and helpful staff in a perfect location in central Vienna! We highly recommend this excellent hotel!!! Anders and Katarina❤️

Its a nice location in a nice area. The hotel has an historic feel to it. The room was large. Staff were friendly
It felt a bit dated the room looked at bit tired the bathroom was shower over bathtub which for the price of room dosnt match other hotels offerings. The noise was an issue for me. The drainage pipe ran through the room in the corner so every time the room upstairs flushed or had a shower i could hear that. It was so loud it woke me up in the night. The room door was not soundproof so you can hear everything in the corridor. Overall disappointed with some things which means i didnt feel the price paid was worth it.

An absolute gem of a hotel. The most welcoming reception staff, very friendly and helpful.
Very traditional Austrian decor.
Plentiful breakfast, and lots of choice.
Comfortable bed and spacious room, bathroom fully equipped. Couldn’t wish for any more .
Nothing. All good. Highly recommend.

Love this hotel and the location. Breakfast is amazing and Edin the manager is so helpful.
I come every year and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Vienna.

Excellent location within walking distance from everything. Easy to get to from the airport. Lovely traditional character. Didn’t opt for breakfast option as too pricey. Really appreciated jug of water and coffee in the reception area. Staff were very helpful. Room was comfortable and cleaned every day.

The renovated facility maintains the style without sacrificios comfort.
The room was more like a suite in termas of spaciousness. The staff was kind.

They upgraded our room to a suite at no extra cost.
The Manager Hamza was very kind and helpful.
The Chinese lady (forgot her name ) at the reception was very polite, helpful and friendly.
Radeema at the reception was polite, friendly and helpful too.
Everything was perfect apart from the beds .. not comfy.

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. The location couldn’t be more central: just steps away from the main attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained throughout my stay.

Excellently located in city centre near major shopping sites, restaurants and touristic attractions. Nice breakfast, including salmon, caviar, old cheese, good pastry, vegetables and fresh fruit. Friendly staff. Although a bit dated, the style of the hotel (in white, red and gold) is warm, with bath room in old-stylish (so not yet over the top) Versace.
