Spacious, clean and secure apartment with comfortable bed and all amenities needed including well-stocked kitchen supplies. Friendly, helpful staff with monitored luggage storage available, in an excellent location, 5 min walk from restaurants & shops, 5-20 min walk from many tourist attractions and public/tourist transport. Easy check-in/check-out, felt very safe and welcomed, would definitely stay there again!

Amazing location! Quite, though be aware of church bells in the evening and early morning. Apartment is warm and spacious! Would benefit of a welcome pack (milk, coffee, etc..)
The apartment is on a 3rd floor level, which is not exactly indicated, if you have a fear of heights, it isnt for the faint hearted. There are thin balconies, that lead to the apartment with drops to the side! Lift to apartment has limited weight 330kg, no more than 4 people and luggage.

The most perfect location in Vienna. Great views of the Hofburg. It is a big apartment with lots of room. Big bedrooms and lots of cupboards for storage Lovely ambience and facilities. Very comfortable

Exceptional
Location is unbeatable! Located directly on Michaelerplatz, you can look out the kitchen window at the Spanish Riding School and the fountain. Less than five minutes walk to shopping on Graben and Kaerntnergasse, St. Stephen's cathedral, Hofburg, Museum Quarter. Large living space with a kitchen and three large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Tip: let them know if you want the double beds made up as one single or two doubles. Tip #2: best parking option is the CONTIPARK Tiefgarage Krntnerringgarage at 24 Euro per day and less than ten minute walk. You can unload your luggage at the apartment and then move your car.
Arrival directions are complicated, but thorough and accurate - had no trouble finding the apartment as long as you read the instructions carefully. No coffee pods and limited toilet paper - recommend the Billa grocery store on the opposite side of the Michaelerplatz for groceries (except paper products).

The only two positive on this apartment are the location ( 5min from stephanplatz) and bed were comfortable. Internet speed was ok.
Avoid Avoid Avoid !!!! At all cost!!! Avoid!!!! I will explain why. We stayed at the apartment middle of July. The apartment didn't had air condition at all. I've asked from the office to arrange some kind of fan. Thier answer was. "Please open the windows so some air can flow inside". What they didn't told us is that the street outside is extremely noisy and impossible to sleep with the windows open. So all four of us didn't slept for four nights!! Also the apartment is located literally under a Church bell that rings twice a day 7am and 7pm. The noise is absolute impossible to suffer. And after night without sleep because of the noise form the street and the heat from outside you get a bonus from the church bell. Also trolleys from under the building restaurants made a lot of noise. As I said before avoid at all cost.

The residence was excellent and equipped with every comfort, everything is available. Wifi was great, the location of the property was great! Hofburg right around the corner it couldn't have been better.

One of the best locations of the city. It is too comfy that I felt like home. Lovely, large apartment. The decoration is so sweet. Highly recommended.
