Great location. Absolutely excellent concierge. Nice bathroom
Our room was in the eaves and we had to change lifts to get to it. This took time as the second lift was quite some way from the first. Rooms in eaves always feel smaller. Breakfast on the first day was chaotic and some of our order never arrived at all. My main dish arrived in part with the other part arriving a significant time later. My husband’s poached eggs were cold as were the second lot when he asked if they could be replaced. He gave up and had toast. There was a wedding on at the hotel which meant there was restricted access to some areas. The couple we were travelling with had a better room. They had not booked through booking.com and I think paid pretty much the same as we did. This happened in the next hotel we went to as well.

The location, very friendly staff, the restaurant was nice, size of the room and the delicious candies in every corner which I requested and they gave me a big bag. The receptionist when we checked out was super nice.
When we checked in, the room was filled with flies! And we waited for the cleaners however we got disgusted and killed some of the flies. The house keeper didn’t change the dirty towels and kept them on the shelf, they didn’t even wash the used cups with the tea bags. We stayed on the third floor there was foot steps above us I think it was from the bar and was very annoying at night.
