Located next to the Gasometer City shopping and entertainment center and only a 2-minute walk from the underground station (U3), PLAZA INN Wien Gasometer offers free internet and parking at reasonable rates. The check-in/check-out went so easily. The room was perfectly equipped. The breakfast was great, and had various foods. Everything was clean and fresh.
Staff were a bit off - they seemed downcasted, the recepcionists and staff during breakfast. They did everything that was necessary, just without much enthusiasm.

Location, room, beds and shower are fairly good.
Staff at reception and restaurant is not interested in you as a guest. No smily faces. All looked bored.

This was my first time traveling to Vienna. I went there for a concert and chose this hotem because of the location. That was just one of the many perks! Everything was great. From the personnel who were polite without being pushy, to the comfiness and cleanliness of the room, and in general just the overall look and feel of the place. I especially loved the breakfast choices, the best that I've seen in a long while. Will definitely stay here again!
I actually loved it all, maybe would add two details as room for even more improvement, slippers and mini-fridges in the rooms. But those didn't impact my stay at all.
