The view from the rooftop terrace is magnificent! We also liked the location outside of the city centre yet well connected by public transport.
Like so many have already commented, picking up the keys from an office that is fairly far away isn't optimal. Be aware of the opening hours of the office.

- Very stylish, modern apartment
- Rooftop terrace with amazing view on the city
- Despite being a rooftop apartment, it can be cooled down just fine using the aircon (visited in July with 30+ C temperatures outside)
- Even the elevator has a window with a view :)
- Good public transportation links to the Vienna city center (Ottakring U-bahn station nearby, also several nearby streetcar stops)
- the door that opens up to the terrace is quite heavy to open and closes automatically every time. Not easy if you have your hands full. Would be nice if there were some kind of mechanism to keep it open while the terrace is being used.
- not a fault of the property of course, but - although there are many parking spots - there is no easy way to pay for parking in the street. We ended up putting the car in the nearby underground parking garage in the Wattgasse (21 eur/day)
