Perfect location. 5 min to tram directly to city center, and 7 min to train to airport.
Room was big and comfortable. Big kitchen perfect for families. Staf very nice. We had lovely time at this hotel and will come back fore sure. Nothing negative to say.

Wonderful stay! The room and amenities were very new and nice. I especially appreciated the laundry service and the microwave in the kitchenette. They were very useful for washing clothes accumulated during my trip and reheating tea I made in the room.
Also, the station and supermarket were within walking distance, and it took only about 20 minutes by train or tram to reach central Vienna, making it very convenient for sightseeing.
If I visit Vienna again, I defenitely stay here!

What I liked the most was its facilities. Having a gym and washers/dryers made it an excellent value for my extended stay. Very friendly staff - they go out of their way to help you at all times. Very well-equipped and spacious room (even had a swinging chair!).
Its location is not prime. However, you have public transportation available a block away. It was even easy to use going to/from the airport.

Good location, clean rooms, friendly staff
They clean rooms once in every three days, which has been a bit uncomfortable for us. We would rather prefer to see our room cleaned, towels are replaced with the new ones and our bed is made when we come back from the city tour. In addition, they do not give dental and make-up kits, or basic slippers free of charge, asked for money for those. The room is equipped with kitchen but there have been few cutlery and plates. Plus, for some reason neither me nor my wife could comfortably sleep at night, but we could not know why. At last we blamed the mattress :)

Nice place near the bio-tech center for a stay.. comfortable, not very expensive. The breakfast was nice.
The rooms smell a bit bad; they are not cleaned everyday. Actually I dont know if they clean on request because they never cleaned my room. Coffee is not good.

We were visiting a venue near the hotel, so the location was perfect. The details like the light around the bed, hanging chair and the jungle themed bathroom were nice. Coffee and tea at the beautifully furnished reception/lobby are a big plus too!

The room looked nice, bed was comfortable and it was nice to have the kitchenette to be able to make coffee. Given that the hallway seems like a dorm room, the soundproofing was good so we did not hear other guests. It was a pretty good base for walking and playing with our dogs because there's not much traffic in the area.
There was no way to control the temperature of the room, so I was glad I brought my own sheet because the duvet was much too thick to sleep in such a warm room. The free coffee downstairs tastes pretty bad. Including the parking and dog charges, the hotel was very expensive given that it is not a luxurious one.

I didn't like anything.
The room was in poor condition. There were only three towels, a small blanket, and dust. There were no appliances except a kettle, which had a dirty coating inside and no tea. I strongly advise against staying here and will never return. The hotel needs to lower its prices or improve the quality of its accommodations. Oh yes, I almost forgot, the carpet was super dirty and smelled

Close to Marx Halle.
The mattress was very bad, I literally woke up every day with body aches and feeling unrested. The cleaning is done very poorly. You could see cobwebs on the chandeliers, as if they hadn’t been cleaned since the hotel opened. The bathroom was not very clean, and the floor was the same. For a 4-star hotel, there were no slippers or bathrobes. If you wanted slippers, they were available at the reception for 5 euros. The hotel feels more like a hostel, with more of a 3-star vibe than 4-star.

This is not a luxury hotel with endless facilities but it is quite simply the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff like Marco are some.of the nicest, most helpful hotel personnel I've ever met. I will always stay here from now on.
