I really enjoyed staying at Rioca Vienna 2. It was so nice to have coffee available in the lobby. Staff was awesome, very kind and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. It was just a short walk to the bus stop. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was fine during our visit, and the location is very convenient - it's close to all public transportation, which made getting around easy. The reception staff were very approachable and always ready to help with anything I needed. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable experience. We would definitely stay here again.

The game room was such a nice idea, I loved the free coffee/ tea sport .
Very friendly staff , loved the design
Loved the smart TV in the room that also moves depending on where you want to sit.
We walked to the center every time but you have a lot of options : trams , subway and buss ( the closest is buss 74A , then the tram and a little further the subway. On an easy slow walk from the hotel to city center it took us 45 minutes.
You have plenty of supermarkets near but be aware they close at 7 and Sundays are closed.
I loved the bed lights also.
Free wifi , they have parking spaces and breakfast options also a bar and laundry room.
The kitchen in the room does have a dishwasher .
It was very dusty , I had to wipe everything off and also I found several blond hairs in towels and the sink table.

Incredible service, all the members of the staff were really customer oriented, great attitude and vibe, very helpful and all the conversation with them were really enjoyable. The room was big, with lots of natural sunlight and all you need to have a pleasant stay (from kithchen appliances to cuttlery, enough towels, water to drink, and overall space).

Nice themed hotel at a great price in an expensive city. Daily cappuccino in the lobby was a nice bonus. Friendly staff and parking onsite.
It's a bit of a hump into town on the train but we knew that going in.

it's not 4 stars - they don't have anything you would expect in 4 starts hotel - no slippers, no robe, no coffee, nothing. and the note in the shower says - "wash quicker , let's save the planet" and at the same time they charge 4.5 euro for water.... nopnsense

Very friendly staff! This what makes this choice a win! Along with a very nice studio we got: clean, stylish, very quiet. Spacious parking garage, they let me park the car though we came a couple of hours before check-in. Good location: two metro stations less than 10 min walk, river bank and a huge park around 1 km from the hotel - great option for running.

I booked a room for two, but upon entering, I was surprised to find that everything — pillows, blankets, towels, and so on — was only prepared for one person. The sofa was also very dirty, covered with a thick layer of dust. I honestly don’t understand how the housekeeping staff could have missed that.

It was very nice, the room had everything you need. Small kitchen was very nice bathroom was beautiful and it was clean. When we arrived the receptionist was very nice I believe her name was Naty or something like that.
When we came back to the hotel one day our room door was open even though we checked the door a couple of times every time we left the room to make sure it was locked. We immediately went to the reception, they sent someone upstairs to check if anyone was there but we already checked that. He just said that maybe they gave someone the key to the wrong room or that we maybe left it open which we were 100% sure we didn’t because we always payed attention to that and both of us checked. Then he said to check if something was missing and if it was then he would do something. Luckily nothing was missing from the room and we had our passports with us but it was a very unpleasant situation because nobody wants people to enter their room when they are not there. The most important thing when travelling is to know that you and your staff are safe in the accommodation and they failed to make us feel safe. We were really happy with the hotel and wanted to give them a great review until this happened and they did nothing. Just because nothing was missing from the room doesn’t mean that it is okay for someone to be in our room without our permission. Besides that everything was really great

We loved the staff — everyone was so friendly. The room was big and spacious, with a kitchen and even a speaker built into the bathroom mirror! The design was young and fun, and everything was spotless.
