Very Good
Room was good, but there were very few dishes and plates and no cooking pans. There was only one dish washing cloth never washed. Room was never cleaned or rubbish removed. There was no toaster fir bread and no thermostat tocontrol room temperature. Room was too hot. The laundry was very difficult to use. Too complicated when you do not have a phone.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rioca Vienna Posto 2. The staff were friendly, the rooms comfortable and spotless, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Breakfast was tasty and fresh, though I would have loved a few more choices to start the day. Overall a delightful stay and I would happily return.

The rooms are very big. The shower is nice. The parking is convenient.
The hotel is not clean - the lobby, the hallway and the rooms. The rooms are not cleaned during the stay. The filling is somewhat cheap and outdated. The gym is very poor.

Hotel is clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. There is a cozy well decorated lobby and a very useful coffee machine (free of charge).
The USB charger was not working in the room. Also you are not able to control room temperature as the building AC is centrally controlled.

The room was nice and comfortable. It is clear that they are trying to be eco-conscious. It was close to several tram stops so I was able to easily navigate getting around Vienna. The staff was very nice. I did use their laundry service, which require you to download an app and put a deposit of €20 on it. Each load was €3 but I was able to request a refund of the money that I did not use.
They claim to have a weird centralized AC. But it is not controllable from individual rooms nor did I feel it made a difference. My first day in Vienna was 32-33 celsius and humid. I had to rely on the single balcony door to cool off the room and since I was on the 2nd floor that came with a lot of additional street noise since we were near a university.

The staff was very polite. The apartment was clean, the location though not exactly in the center provides a lot of transportation opportunities, if you like walking it is possible to reach the center by a bit longer walk. The transport from the airport is very easy. The hotel provides free coffee .

Large hotel with a kinda “tacked on last minute” feel to the Brazilian theme. Accommodations were fine. Clean and functional with a working kitchenette. Comfortable bed and roomy.
The location is out of the way for anything one would want to see in Vienna. Their breakfast buffet in the adjacent building was chaotic and overpriced.

As Brazilians, what we loved most about our stay was the hotel’s wonderful Brazilian theme. After traveling around Europe for more than two weeks, we were already starting to miss home, and staying here genuinely made us feel at home again. It was such a lovely and comforting feeling!
The entire staff was extremely welcoming, kind, courteous, and attentive, which made our experience even more special. Our room was also excellent, beautiful, comfortable, and spotlessly clean.
Overall, the combination of the Brazilian atmosphere, the warm hospitality, and the quality of the accommodation made our stay truly enjoyable and memorable.
The only thing we really missed was having air conditioning in our room. Although Vienna generally has a cooler climate, the room could still get a little warm at times, so air conditioning would have made our stay even more comfortable.
Another point is that it would be nice if breakfast were included in the room rate rather than charged separately. Other than these small points, we had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed the hotel.

Location is mostly the fairest thing
The room wasnt clean at all, i informed that receptionist they didnt do anything about it. And second we were with a kind and a stroller the room location is very far away and there are steps in the corridor so you need to hold the stroller and bags and continue.

To my fellow Brazilians travelers, this is a really nice spot of Brazil in Vienna. The staff speaks Portuguese and are really kind and helpful in case of needing some guidance. But this hotel is not only for Brazilians, as it was FULL of tourists and travelers from all over, demonstrating how good the hotel is. The room has a really nice bathroom with all the space you need, nice and hot shower, easy to get the temperature you need, the bed was really hard to get off from. We chose the unity with a functional kitchen, which helped as save money buying stuff for breakfast and having in our room. Everything was clean and working properly. For those who choose the breakfast, it is a buffet style with a lot of good food, just be aware that it can get very very busy depending on the time.
