The room looked nice, bed was comfortable and it was nice to have the kitchenette to be able to make coffee. Given that the hallway seems like a dorm room, the soundproofing was good so we did not hear other guests. It was a pretty good base for walking and playing with our dogs because there's not much traffic in the area.
There was no way to control the temperature of the room, so I was glad I brought my own sheet because the duvet was much too thick to sleep in such a warm room. The free coffee downstairs tastes pretty bad. Including the parking and dog charges, the hotel was very expensive given that it is not a luxurious one.

Perfect location, polite, professional, helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Amazing value for money. Stayed there for 4 or 5 times over past two years and looking forward to stay again.

I didn't like anything.
The room was in poor condition. There were only three towels, a small blanket, and dust. There were no appliances except a kettle, which had a dirty coating inside and no tea. I strongly advise against staying here and will never return. The hotel needs to lower its prices or improve the quality of its accommodations. Oh yes, I almost forgot, the carpet was super dirty and smelled

Close to Marx Halle.
The mattress was very bad, I literally woke up every day with body aches and feeling unrested. The cleaning is done very poorly. You could see cobwebs on the chandeliers, as if they hadn’t been cleaned since the hotel opened. The bathroom was not very clean, and the floor was the same. For a 4-star hotel, there were no slippers or bathrobes. If you wanted slippers, they were available at the reception for 5 euros. The hotel feels more like a hostel, with more of a 3-star vibe than 4-star.

This is not a luxury hotel with endless facilities but it is quite simply the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff like Marco are some.of the nicest, most helpful hotel personnel I've ever met. I will always stay here from now on.

This hotel was perfectly located, very close to the tram station and the city center, which made our sightseeing effortless and enjoyable. The breakfast was sweet and satisfying, and the extra speaker in the room was a lovely added touch. The cityview room was absolutely amazing and made our stay even more special. We truly enjoyed every moment here.

Everything was fine, the staff was professional and friendly the wifi was great and the room was convenient.
The location was a bit too far from the main attractions otherwise everything you need is around the hotel as supermarkets and restaurants.

It was very clean, very aesthetic, cozy room and the hotel had everything we needed! Easy access to city center (there is a bus stop nearby and the metro is a bir further away but it didn’t feel far from the hotel at all!). The room felt very modern with the bluetooth speakers integrated into the bathroom mirror & the swing inside! The kitchenette was very practical and the fridge was spacious :) Everyone at the reception was super friendly and helpful. There are a couple grocery stores and great cafes nearby. Overall we enjoyed pretty much everything, definitely recommended :)

I really enjoyed staying at Rioca Vienna 2. It was so nice to have coffee available in the lobby. Staff was awesome, very kind and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. It was just a short walk to the bus stop. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to Belvedere Palace and convenient location to the S Bahn St. Marx station which took us directly to the airport in our last night stay in Vienna. Staff is very warm and helpful. Coffee machine at the lobby is fancy and provides long hours of free service to the hotel guests.
The room temperature is a little bit high for us. We can’t find the thermostat to adjust down.

Absolutely! Great two day stay while visiting Christmas markets .. affordable uber rides from this location .. they also made sure one of the two rooms was available at 10 am to store the bags !
