The location was perfect for me, it was very comfortable and clean.
Everything was fine at the property, but it is kind of difficult to contact the property by phone.

The staff were very friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the room was comfortable and well designed.
I didn’t like the policy of cleaning the room only after three days of stay. Having to pick up dishwasher tablets from reception each time was a bit annoying, as there were not enough provided in the room. I would have appreciated at least one room cleaning during my three-night stay, with garbage collected and towels changed, rather than having to pick them up from reception myself.

We had a great stay. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was great, with many options. Everyone from the staff was nice and supportive. The lobby area offered many activities both for children and adults. We spent some very nice days in this hotel

The location is great, you can take the tram just in front. the staff were so helpful and nice. and the room so comfortable and spacious. Good breakfast and the caipirinha at the bar.

1. Build some kind of closet upstairs in the bedroom
2. The Bathroom being downstairs if you go to the bathroom at night you have to go down the staircase and then up again
