The hotel is very nice, sparkling clean, great shared spaces (rooftop terrace, inner courtyard, very comfy and nicely decorated lounge). The rooms are spacious, with a convenient layout and furnishing, a swing in very room (a feature which my daughter particularly enjoyed). The staff is super nice, welcoming and caring. We needed to change the room and Larissa made sure we did so smoothly and with minimum inconvenience. Very pleasant features are the luggage storage and coffee/tea/water, offered to guests during the whole day. Location is communicative, short travel by tram to the city center, metro nearby, supermarkets around, good neighborhood. The Brazilian vibe is super fresh :) Thank you Rioca team, will gladly come back!

We got a large room for our family of four, with comfortable beds and enough space. There is parking on site, which is great, free coffee during the day and laundry facility on the ground floor. It's a quiet neighborhood and the train stop is right outside the main door, which takes you to the city center without any changes. Overall, it was a great find!
The laundry machine had to be used via an app that takes a deposit and the deposit is not being refunded without a lot of hassle. This should have been simple like all other places, where you just use coins to start the machine.

As we travel frequently, location and value are key points to bear. Rioca does have #2 tram in front that brings you to town in 20m. The value is there, until today we checked out....see below
Little did we know the facility has zero security cameras, even though it has 24-hour open access. One can take the elevator to any floors and presumably go around without a trace. We lost about $2800 in cash, stolen from our bags in the room when we set out to visit town. Police were called, key logs showed no one accessed the room, though cleaning was our main suspect. management claims the law forbids them from installing any cameras, which we know are not true. It's the facility's basic responsibility to safeguard guest's well-being, or in this case, financial security. We had no idea who did this, but a basic CCTV system would be needed to prevent this from happening to future guests. We probably traveled to over 60 countries, some with questionable reputations, but to have a loss like this and no way of tracing it? Never thought it would be in Vienna. So guests be aware...

Loved the property it was well decorated, clean and the beds were comfortable. The rooms were also great size and we loved that we space, since we had a toddler with us.
No air conditioning. They had small fans and a cooling fan but it was quite hot the first night. I know it’s expensive to have AC but maybe something to consider it to put in ceiling fans.

Very nice Hotel, friendly staff.. interesting decor. Comfortable room, with a nice balcony and aircon. Was able to connect my phone's netflix to the TV and have something to watch, which was not something available in many hotels. Rather near all the historic buildings and sites to see.
The booking in process was an issue, I was supposed to have a code which I never received. Luckily the lady at the bar saw me struggling and was very helpful

It’s a very nice hotel and the staff is super friendly. It’s easy enough to get around using the public’s transportation located literally in front of the building. The room was very nice, clean, and well-kept.
We were on the 6th floor and there wasn’t any air conditioning, it can get VERY hot. It’s also not in a great location in terms of going on foot. Both of these things I should’ve checked first, so it’s mostly my fault but no big deal!

This was one of 14 hotels we visited in a 1 month span during a Euro trip. Rioca Vienna Posto 1 was the most needs accommodating of all. Thank goodness they had a great laundry room!
We had a mobile air conditioner in the room. This meant we had to keep the patio door open for exhaust which partially negated the use of the air conditioner. The mobile air conditioner may be a great option for the hotel during the summer, but they need to have vents installed in the walls for the AC units so the patio door can be shut.

The hotel looks good , positioned in a quiet area, the room was very spacious, the access from the parking very convenient and the staff very friendly and helpful when it was needed.
The fact that there is no AC- it was very hot in the room . But we requested a 2nd fan and the staff was very helpful and offered it. When we arrived the room was not very well cleaned- we found 4 empty beer bottles in the closet.

We stayed at Rioca for 4 nights. The staff were very friendly. There were coffee machines in the reception and it was free of charge and available from morning till afternoon. The studio was spacious for two persons and all necessary facilities were included. Also, an air conditioner was placed in the room that allows a comfortable stay during summer. The location of hotel is far from the city center bust tram 2 has a stop exactly in front of the hotel to get to the center which took 10 minutes.
Far from the center but very close to public transportation. A bit noisy at nights if the windows left open because of the tram path.

Very nice and spacious rooms. Perfect with smart tv setup with Chromecast built in.
The aircon in this room made a very loud noise so couldn’t keep it on and was very hot. This was not the case in another room I visited though.
