Location is fantastic. It’s very spacious and inside a luxury building. The apartment is up to date with luxury amenities.
We were promised room service and we didn’t get it. We had trash sitting in our apartment and were given no instructions on how to dispose. There was no way for us to get fresh towels that were badly needed. There was no one to communicate with after we got in and settled.

Advantages:
- Excellent location right in the city center;
- Spacious apartments;
- Friendly and prompt service.
Disadvantages:
- It's noticeable that the apartments are no longer in top condition;
- Very poor lighting inside (the lamps are barely working).

My wish is to share my extremely positive impressions of this apartment. It is truly located in the heart of Vienna. Surrounding the building are restaurants, bakeries, and cafés... The Opera is just 10 minutes away, and Mozarthaus is just a few minutes’ walk. Albertina is very close, everything is nearby... What is particularly important to highlight is the beauty of the space in this accommodation... The guest truly feels royal... the spirit of the past in a modernly equipped apartment. Impeccably clean, and the beds are incredibly comfortable... Full recommendations for both the staff and the host... We will definitely visit this exclusive location again... Amazing!!!

The location was fantastic. Nikola sorted out issues on our arrival regarding the TV, not smart
Only way to cool the property was to open windows, unable to lower the temperature. The property is very grand but requires some repair and refurbishing and a cork screw would help!

Extremely spacious - very high ceilings, way too much space for a couple. Well furnished (especially if you want to entertain a dozen guests).
Parking is ridiculously inconvenient: one has to hope to find a spot (illegal; only for commercial delivery and rarely unoccupied), which is next to impossible. The regular (overnight) spot is about half a mile away (not a problem, unless its pouring), but will run 50 euros/day. No in and out. The internet never worked properly and the advertised jetted tub did not work. The controls for the A/C, heat were undecipherable, so we had to keep the windows open while the furnace was blasting. The office people were nearly always absent (but reachable at times).
