Location was very good, 15 min from Stephan Platz on foot. The U-Bahn station was right in front of the entrance of the hotel . Very clean, friendly and helpful staff

Nice property. Very nice rooftop with river view
Housekeeping was terrible for 4 stars hotel. We left from the hotel at 9:30 and returned back at 5 and nobody went to clean the room. Finally, two guys came! They cleaned our used caps with hand towel. Generally, room cleaning wasn’t good.

The breakfast was not good at all for the price I paid. I didn't like the breakfast staff. The reception staff was ok. The smoking area is in front of the metro station which is not comfortable at all. Given that they have a terrace area where you are not allowed. You can smoke after 4:00 PM at the bar upstairs on the terrace. In any case, it was the first time I stayed at this hotel and definitely the last. There are more things to say but I've already wasted a lot of time. Thank you Radisson Red for 4 nights
