The hotel is in a great location. the interior is very stylish. The ability to use my Netflix account on the large screen was an added bonus. I found the bed very comfortable. I have stayed here 3 times now. For me it seems to tick all the boxes. Very near Herrengasse metro.

The location is excellent—right in the city centre, with restaurants and attractions just a short walk away. . We really enjoyed our stay. Radisson is always a great choice, and we’d definitely recommend it!
Our room on the sixth floor was very spacious, although the view wasn’t anything special

Perfect location in the middle of the city. The staff is super helpful and friendly.
The hotel rooms are a bit old but it’s still charming and comfortable. Unfortunately, we found some cloth moths in our room. First, we didn’t worry about it and got rid of the two in the bathroom. When we came back from town, we saw two more and more appeared. The staff was super helpful and relocated us in another room.

The location
I am a Jordanian citizen, and this was my fourth consecutive stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, on this occasion, I noticed a significant decline in the level of service compared to my previous stays. • The breakfast service was disappointing, as the à la carte options were significantly limited. • The internet service in room 405 was unavailable throughout my entire stay. • The air conditioning was not working properly, and when it finally started working on the last day, it became difficult to turn it off. • The television in the room was outdated and did not suit the size or standard of the room. • Most importantly, the reception staff handled my complaint in a very negative and unhelpful manner. As a returning guest, I was disappointed by this experience and expected a much higher standard of service. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and address these issues to ensure a better experience for future guests.
