The location is absolutely amazing! The staff was very helpful and friendly, really doing their best to solve issues and make our stay great.
The hotel is in serious need of refurbishment- while we appreciated that its a classic style hotel housed in an old building, its also not well maintained unfortunately and the decor (floors, tiles, carpets, fixtures) just looks old and tired. There is no reception really - just a cramped looking space with two desks, very unwelcoming. Doors and window frames are very visible outdated, carpets and bed skirt were stained, mold spots in the bathroom and on ceilings. The pillows are small and uncomfortable and the cleaning of the room left much to be desired. The breakfast was ok but extremely basic. Overall quite underwhelming, for a radisson 4 star hotel and the price tag it comes with.

Everything was a 10 excellent service from beginning to end of our stay, especially Gaspar that sent me a Birthday courtesy with such a lovely card (above and beyond). Room was super comfortable and clean, cleanup service was also top notch! It is PERFECTLY located with 10 minutes walk to main attractions.

A very small and uncomfortable closet; no room to hang or put your clothes; the room temperature cannot be regulated by the thermostat and it is so warm inside that sleeping is uncomfortable; the carpet and furniture are not fresh.

Central location within walking distance of most places we wanted to visit, except the Belveder and Schonbrunn palaces that are a short taxi ride away. Breakfast was always a very relaxing affair with a la carte option available.
