I had a fantastic room - absolutely huge and beautiful. The location is great and the staff seemed nice too. I only stayed once for one night. But it seemed like a well-run hotel that genuinely cared for their guests.
Breakfast could have been a bit better - not too many options for a fairly large hotel. It was nice to see a gym on their amenities, but it was pretty - well extremely - small and not very useful.

The location of the hotel is really good, the room was comfortable. The man at the reception, Nedeljko, is really helpful, kind and proactive.
The hotel has long been ripe for renovation, the room is comfortable, but the furniture is old and dilapidated. Stains on the carpet, under the toilet bowl leaks non-stop, the toilet door is broken, it's stuffy in the corridors, the lobby is dark,... the hotel really needs renovation a long time ago. There is not a single channel in English with movies or series.
