You can have a free coffee or tea in the morning downstairs, where the breakfast is served, even if you didn’t opt for breakfast. It’s a really nice detail ❤️
Even if we reserved a double room for 2 people, when we arrived there was only one pillow and one blanket, and of course towels for 1 person. We announced the girl at the reception and she said they will take care of this, because we weren’t the only guests facing this. By the time we retuned, about 23.00 they didn’t solve the issue. We went back to the reception and the blonde girl, very disturbed, said that they are full and don’t have any more pillows and blankets and it’s our fault to reserve a single room. After showing them they were wrong, she asked one of the guys there to bring us the supplies visibly annoyed by our request. Thanks to the man that came and brought us what we needed. Big thanks to him!

Clean room.
The desk in room is small if you want to work. However, I worked downstairs in the lounge with a drink.
Some minor noise from nearby railway. I found it fine, but some might notice if you prefer very quiet.

Near to the Hauptanhof - staff tried to helpful
No areas that you could work in with plugs - staff seemed unempowered very much "computer says no" - odd design concept downstairs and in the rooms. Check took ages and everyone seemed to have problems - even getting to talk to some one took c. 20 minutes
