Cleanliness, Easy and convenient check-in, everything necessary was in the apartment, a nice quiet neighborhood, High-quality appliances, plenty of dishes. convenience.
10 minutes to the metro, and 20 minutes by metro to the city center; 10 minutes by tram to Schönbrunn.
We arrived on Saturday evening, and the stores didn’t open until Tuesday — we happened to come during the holiday of the Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary, which was on Monday. It would have been great if the hotel had provided a few packets of tea and sugar as a basic minimum.
And there was very little shampoo. It wasn’t quite enough for a family of three.

Clean & modern apt w/kind owners.
Beautiful neighborhood with trees and so quiet!
Patio w/stars at night so relaxing. We saw the Big Dipper each night it was clear.
Gym downstairs excellent. The clay tennis courts at the end of the street so cool! Lively!
We heard kids playing in the neighborhood and felt safe.
Walked to Klimt Studio/house, grocery stores, Pharmacy and coffee. Walked to the Schonbrunn palace and walked 15 min to get to U-Bahn and then rode about 30-40 min each way to get to city center.
We were very happy with this apartment overall and highly recommend it if you are okay being a little further out in the suburb area.
The people at the neighborhood shops were very kind and it was a lot less touristy than other areas.

Loved the quality of the interior. Great coffeemachine. Don't bother trying to buy pads for it. You will not find them. You get them for 50 cents from the owner and it's worth it.

I recently stayed at an apartment in Vienna while traveling for work. The location was perfect for me —a peaceful, quiet neighborhood with easy access to public transportation, including the metro and trams. It was also conveniently close to shops.
The apartment itself was lovely. It featured a proper kitchen that was well-equipped with decent utensils. The gym was a great bonus.
The hosts were exceptional. Though we never met in person and only communicated via email, they were incredibly responsive, answering every question I had within minutes.
This is not an actual negative for me, but worth saying I liked the quiet area. But some may want more of a buzz.

Almost brand new apartment with rare rationality in design and furnishing. Well maintained, even in the very specific details. Spacious living area, comfortable beds, good choice for family of 3-4 as well. Tram10 and U4 are in short vicinity. Quiet neighbourhood, with lots of greenery nearby. Definitely worth revisiting!
It is truly difficult to find any negative impressions from our stay. Even the car lift was very convenient to use (as a first time user). Maybe: in the corridor, there was no open window - but it is hardly an issue when you are there for about 2.5 minutes each day. :)

The apartments were very spacious, comfortable and very clean. The self check in and out was easy and very convenient.. Peter and Jane are very friendly and responsive.
The parking was far from the apartment.

Peter...nice and very friendly owner.
Very spacious apartment, clean, nice and situated in a quiet part of the city.
Also is very close to the U4 line (5.. 10 min walking).
With this U4 you have a direct line with the center of the city in 15 min (Eg: Stephansplatz, Karl platz etc).
Posibility to book a lift parking place.

This is a charming apartment in the quiet neighborhood. Very clean and modern spacious and had everything I’ve needed came as very pleasant surprised. Good restaurant nearby and not to far from metro station U4. The host was very friendly and extremely helpful with best hospitality ever. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

A very enjoyable stay. Everything was perfect. Super clean, quiet and green surroundings. Interior decorated.with taste. Very friendly owner and helpful. Wonderful stay we will certainly use this wonderful place on our next visit to Vienna. Location close to metro station, also close to Billa shop. Highly recommended.
