We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It has both a living room and a separate bedroom and is equipped with absolutely everything you might need. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, plenty of plates, pots, and utensils, and even basic oil and spices - which was a lovely surprise. The apartment was sparkling clean.
The sofa in the living room easily converts into a real bed. There is also a washing machine and a dryer, which made the stay even more convenient.
The owner is exceptionally attentive and thoughtful - from the welcoming bottle of water and nice notes to the clear, detailed instructions. Communication was fast and friendly, though we hardly needed to ask anything because everything was so well organized.
Access to the apartment is directly from the street, which we found very convenient, especially compared to going through dark staircases.
The location is great: not right in the historical center, but easily accessible by public transportation. The airport is also easy to reach from a nearby station.
Highly recommended - we would gladly stay here again!

Apartment was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was very nice and the living area had a large table with chairs plus two couches for sitting. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Also had a well equipped kitchen with separate refrigerator and freezer.
Location was very convenient just a 10 minute walk to the tram to the center and all the sights as well as Rennweg train station. We walked to the Rennweg train stop to take the Rex7 train which was a 25 minute ride from the airport.

Charming apartment which has everything. The owners spent a great deal of time perfecting this accommodation, and it showed. It was lovely to come back after a long day of sightseeing. The location is perfect, transportation accessibility is very convenient.

Quiet but convenient location, many nice details in the house. Above all the kindness and availability of the host Christine.
It wasn't an issue to us but being on the ground floor you can feel a little exposed.

Christine was an exceptional host and available all the time to respond to queries. Since we arrived late late in night, she even got us basic groceries for breakfast. The apartment was well equipped with kitchen ware and had everything one could need for a comfortable stay. It was exceptionally clean. It's near to public transport.

Very clean and spacious apartment, equipped with all facilities, good location in a quiet neighbourhood close to Belvedere, public transport and supermarkets. And a friendly host who welcomed us with a beer and chocolates :)
A blackout curtain in the bedroom would have been nice, especially in June.

Great apartment, very nice design, clean and comfortable. We found all we needed for a comfortable stay with our family. Very close to the city centre by tram or metro. Very convenient to arrive from aeroport in case of late flights. The sofa bed for the kids was also very confortable. Christine was a great host, she was always available (even after check out when we forgot one glove in the apartment). Since we arrived late she left some food for the breakfast for the next morning. Belvedere and Botanical Garden right across the corner! We will recommend this place and we try to stay here again if we come back to Wien
Just one minor note, the electric air freshner was very intense in the first day and we could not manage to reduce the intensity. Maybe just a note about the size of the bed in the main bedroom, for taller people.

The apartment is really nicely laid out and comfortable. Everything is easily accessible via the tram stop nearby and there are also some great options at walking distance (Belvedere).

Great apartment, very nice design, clean and comfortable. We found all we needed for a comfortable stay with our family. Very close to the city centre, so we enjoyed to walk through the city. And the big bonus is Belvedere and Botanical Garden right across the corner! :) Christine was a great host and helped us with all issues. Thanks, Christine!!! We'll be back for sure!
