Poor
The staff was polite and breakfast was good.
Old and very squeaky building, everything was very old and the wooden squeaky floor was the worst. The bed was very narrow and the room smelled wet or moldy.
Very inaccessible rooms for trolleys, steep stairs everywhere and very narrow pathways.
Very expensive accommodation for the quality of the building, even though it is somewhere in Vienna.
I would not recommend it.

Disappointing
The staff was kind and helpful in communication before arrival, which was reassuring. Breakfast had all the basic essentials such as eggs, cheese, vegetables, yogurt, bread, and coffee, although it was quite simple.
The late-night check-in experience was quite stressful. The instructions for finding the key safe were not clear enough, and arriving alone at night in a dark and quiet area made it difficult and uncomfortable to locate it. Better and clearer guidance in advance would have helped a lot.
Inside the building, it was confusing to navigate as the floor numbering was not clearly marked. The corridor floor was very creaky, which made the atmosphere feel unsettling at night.
The room itself was very small, and the presence of carpet on both the floor and part of the walls did not feel very hygienic. Overall, the nighttime experience felt uncomfortable and a bit stressful, and I did not sleep well.
Breakfast was very basic and limited in variety.

The location was exceptional and the apartment really comfortable ! The beds provided were good for parents and children .
Kitchen lacked in amenities (there weren’t any kitchen towels or even napkins) . The room service focused only in beds , wc whereas the floor and the kitchen needed cleaning too during the stay .

Is very close to the city center
The bathroom fan is very noisy and annoying. The single duvet is too small to cover the whole body. Breakfast was okay, but for the most important item—eggs—you had to compete with other guests because they brought only 3–4 every five minutes.
