Location, good breakfast, friendly staff, clean and comfortable, and very quiet for a city location
Longlife milk…yuk. A separate boiling water supply for tea, not via a coffee machine which tainted the tea!

Location and breakfast were great. The staff was very helpful upon check in.
Poor wi-fi connection (at least in my room). I actually received a better connection with the Cartiar store on the first floor. In addition, the towel rack was not adequately attached to the wall in the bathroom.

Great location and spotlessly clean in a very traditional setting Very comfortable bed although had to use 3 pillows for support as they are very soft Easy access to bus and underbahn stations and despite it being central it was quiet and very restful place to stay as pedestrianised zone right by the Cathedral The toilet and shower are separate which is also very well planned Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a central location
Reception was only open till around 7pm and I did find the staff on reception rather unhelpful and not very friendly however the breakfast staff were very nice The breakfast wasn’t very well explained and I could not find any butter and I was disappointed with the lack of bacon and you had to request eggs which I only discovered on my last morning so I felt it was rather paltry and the juice available was like it was watered down plus the machine did not fully fill for coffee etc Also there was no coffee in room or milk to add to tea provided So for me I wouldn’t come back here personally however for the location and security aspect it’s a definite strong candidate

Breakfast was fine--fresh fruit, pastries, several breads, croissants, espresso coffee, sliced meat, cheeses. Started at 7:00--a GREAT help. The rooms and corridors are beautifully decorated. The Jugendstil elevator was authentic, but mechanically updated. It was lovely to be living in Old Vienna with none of the old inconveniences.
The single rooms are tiny. They are supplied with everything one needs, but it is a little difficult to establish a routine because everything is on top of something else. The bathroom was not shortchanged to make room for other things, and we were grateful for that.

The accommodation was located right on the main shopping street. Good that have a lift. Quiet place.
It would be nice to have a wider breakfast selection, especially as a pregnant guest—for example, pancakes, waffles, and vegetables.
