Susanne the owner was so helpful! She pulled out a map of Vienna and circled the area we were going to and which parking garage was closest. Her friendly and caring attitude really made our trip a success! The breakfast was delicious and they have an amazing spread of Kaiser rolls, pastries including croissants and cooked to order eggs for breakfast too!
I wish we had more time to stay there for 2 nights. It’s like you’re home away from home! Vienna is a beautiful city! There are 19 Christmas markets!

Quirky pension on the outskirts of Vienna. Easily accessible by metro. Decent breakfast.
Refrigerator did not function in the room. We were told it would be repaired but no go. The door to the toilet made a loud screechy noise when opened and closed.

Beautiful decorated rooms, each room has its own theme ! Quiet location, convenable access to public transportation.

Great host, wonderful breakfast. Cookware, microwave, frig. Location is no too far from stations. Take BB (400m walk) to downtown.
Beautifully decorated courtyard, breakfast rooms. Rooms are clean, spacious.
It is at the out skirt of town. Travel usually takes 40+ minutes with public transit. Pillows are too low for me.

Unique, clean and private space to come back to after being in a bustling city. Room was clean, bed was super comfy and breakfast was awesome.
We only stayed a night and so it was fine, but the room was a bit smaller than I expected. Also if it had been warmer, people would have been right outside our door (literally!) to use the swimming pool. It was not a problem for us though as there was no-one swimming.

Everything went wel, Susanne is a lovely host, very friendly and helpful.
The room was spacious and so interesting, a traditional one. Very nice!!!

The breakfast was excellent. The beds were wonderful and everything was very clean. The grounds were well kept. The owner's son was helpful once I was able to locate him. He was very nice. I didn't realize that I was sent an email with the information that I needed to find the room.
I chose this place because the pictures of the rooms were themed. I was disappointed because we had a "plain" room. I thought all of the rooms would be charming and quaint. This might have been my error. I am not sure. the parking was okay. We had to drive around the block a few times before something opened up. Not a big deal. Safe area.

Wonderful
Ms Susana is Haus Sanz. You could see how much care she put in to the place and her role as a hostess. I asked for a side lamp for my side of the bed, and in a few hours it was there. The tram was just a few blocks away to take all the way to Ringstraße in Vienna.
