Great room, clean. Comfort and the stuff are helpful
I didn't like they want you to check out at 10am.
And its 20euro if you want to stay till 12pm.
In all of my staying around the world I was checking out at 11am and always got extra time for free.
I think they shall think about it and change it

Rooms were very spacious and clean. Parking was very easy. Location was good too. Beds were also super comfortable.

Comfortable room with full kitchen, laundry room on site free to use and near supermarket. Well decorated with lovely garden.
I booked a deluxe suite with terasse but only had a small balcony. I went to the reception to talk about it but apparently I should have chosen the right floor ?tried to change the room but nothing was available. I have the feeling the that I paid for the wrong room. No A/C as it’s off season? but the room was warm so needed to open the windows to get fresh air. Unfortunately, not the hotel fault but every nights we got neighbors talking out loud until 1am and opera singer. Not suitable for light sleepers. A bit far from town but easy reach with tram 71.

The room was very nice, clean, and large! There was a common space, both indoor and outdoor, for us to spend time in. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and large. The washer is a washer/dryer combo which is really helpful when needing to do just a load of laundry. There's an elevator throughout, including down to the parking garage. The staff held our belongings while we explored some of the city before we left Vienna.
One of the bathrooms doesn't have a toilet in it. It's the first time I've ever seen that. You literally had to go to a completely separate room (starting in the bedroom, through the dining area, and by the front door) to use the toilet. It is shown like this in the layout images - it's just very odd.
The AC didn't work hardly at all. One staff member came up and acknowledged to us that this wasn't the strength the AC should be blowing at. A different staff member, the next day, said that the AC was working and that it might just be different because it registers from outside temps? Fortunately, when the ceiling windows worked (and when it wasn't windy/raining), that helped create some cross breeze to cool the space down. The issue is, the windows didn't always work properly.

Coffee machine is old not user friend and this is the only hotel I ever stayed in where I had to purchase coffee packs, this is ridiculous and very unhappy about it.

We were immediately thrilled with the apartment. We had a separate living room and bedroom and kitchen and it was all like brand new. The neighbourhood is beautiful. It’s just outside of the very downtown Vienna. Easy to go downtown by bus or tram. We liked it so much we stayed an extra 2 nights. Staff were very friendly and helpful!
I think any small suggestion would be an insult to how fabulous this place is!

The bathtub floor is very slippery, no hand rails on the wall , that makes very dangerous when you take bath specially for elderly.

The place was pleasant, comfortable, and very clean.
There is a small, practical kitchen with everything you need, and a lovely balcony.
The on-site parking is very convenient if you’re arriving by car.
Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting the city with kids.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again, everything was smooth from start to finish. From the moment we parked our car in the excellent underground garage to the friendly check-out and the warm “hope to see you again soon” moment, everything went perfectly.
The apartment was spacious and very well-equipped, with an exceptionally comfortable large bed. The bathroom and kitchen were spotlessly clean, and the fridge offered a minibar selection at very reasonable prices.
We had two terraces: one connected to the bedroom, overlooking the peaceful garden side, and another from the kitchen/dining area facing the street – perfect for soaking in the city vibe and enjoying the beautiful view of Rennweg street.
The hotel’s location is also ideal. A tram stop is just about 100 meters away, and line 71 can take you practically anywhere in the city or to a connecting stop for your destination. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely, with several excellent restaurants nearby, two great Irish pubs, and both a SPAR and a BILLA supermarket just a few steps away.
Even if you stay out late in the city center after the shops have closed, don’t worry – there’s a 24/7 DESPAR express just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, open even on Sundays, which is rare in Vienna.

And something almost impossible to find in Vienna – an underground parking garage directly under the hotel: 10/10
