The room was very clean, complete with a little kitchen, which came in handy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, and the AC worked well
We set out early each morning, and by the time we got back, the supermarket was closed, so we had to shop at the convenience store, which was about a 10 minute walk down the road. Which was fine for us because we would buy cold meats and cheese and make baguettes for breakfast and eat on our way to the train...

The guarantee, in principle, I travel a lot, I understand that a guarantee is needed, but at the moment they have deposited the amount, the banks, the hotel, I don't know, it may take up to twoo weeks until they unlock it !!!Management !!!

The “room” was bigger than I expected and had all facilities for a self catering stay, although a number of bars & restaurants are also in the area.
The hotel is just a few minutes walk from 2 supermarkets, a train station and tram services to central Vienna.
The snacks & drinks available in the apartment were very expensive. Go to the Spar down the road instead.

It's convenient, especially when travelling with a dog and requiring parking with electric charger.
We've stayed here several times now and it has always been ok, although it feels a bit generic.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again, everything was smooth from start to finish. From the moment we parked our car in the excellent underground garage to the friendly check-out and the warm “hope to see you again soon” moment, everything went perfectly.
The apartment was spacious and very well-equipped, with an exceptionally comfortable large bed. The bathroom and kitchen were spotlessly clean, and the fridge offered a minibar selection at very reasonable prices.
We had two terraces: one connected to the bedroom, overlooking the peaceful garden side, and another from the kitchen/dining area facing the street – perfect for soaking in the city vibe and enjoying the beautiful view of Rennweg street.
The hotel’s location is also ideal. A tram stop is just about 100 meters away, and line 71 can take you practically anywhere in the city or to a connecting stop for your destination. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely, with several excellent restaurants nearby, two great Irish pubs, and both a SPAR and a BILLA supermarket just a few steps away.
Even if you stay out late in the city center after the shops have closed, don’t worry – there’s a 24/7 DESPAR express just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, open even on Sundays, which is rare in Vienna.

And something almost impossible to find in Vienna – an underground parking garage directly under the hotel: 10/10

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is new, with very comfortable beds, conveniently located in relation to the station and the sights of the city. Beautiful view to the courtyard and quiet even though you are close to the centre.
Would 100% recommend. Nice attentive staff at reception.
Specifically in our room did not work safe, and despite our appeals it has not been repaired. And the main wish to the administration: please, allocate a special place for smoking, but prohibit smoking on the balconies. My husband and I do not smoke, but the smoke from the neighbouring balconies went to our room and there was always the smell of cigarettes.
