Clean rooms: The space itself was tidy and well-maintained.
Decent location: Convenient for getting around, with access to nearby restaurants and public transport.
Luggage storage after checkout: Appreciated them holding our bags for a few hours after we checked out. small gesture, but helpful.
Stingy amenities: The kitchen wasn’t stocked with even the basics — no salt, pepper, or cooking oil. We only got two coffee pods for a three-night stay, and any refills were chargeable. It felt unnecessarily frugal.
Poor ventilation + misleading “air conditioning” claim: Our downstairs room was hot and stuffy. The listing said “air conditioning,” but when we asked about it, we were told they don’t turn on AC in May/June. When we asked to switch rooms (they had one with better flow upstairs. They agreed to switch after just 2 hours in the original one), they said we’d need to pay an extra cleaning fee. The staff also laughed when I suggested updating the website to reflect the AC policy. This happened in the first couple of hours which made us feel unwelcome.
False claim of 24/7 reception: The listing says there’s 24/7 reception, but it actually closes at 10pm. This didn’t affect us personally, but it’s still misleading and could cause real issues for other travelers

We enjoyed our stay. The ground-floor room was spacious, featuring a comfortable bed, a kitchenette, and a small terrace perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. There’s a café conveniently located right next to the hotel. It cost us about €10 by Uber to reach the city center.
The water temperature in the shower is inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold.

Staff , location , generally the hotel premises and room. Very quiet . Staff was very helpful when we requested baby cot and other info.
They should address with urgency the problem with ants in the rooms and building !!! Didn’t expect that .
