Location is amazing, gray acces to a lot of places. At first I was kind of worried about the lack of breakfast but there are soooo many bakeries and local shops nearby that it’s great. Staff SUPER friendly and nice, great communication skills.
Our stay was for 4 nights and 5 days, and on day 3 I kind of wished the apartment was cleaned. They offer it for free after 5 days and if you want extra, it’s 25€ but we ran out of dishwasher capsules earlier and needed fresh towels sooner. You can ask for all of it additionally but kind of wish I did’t have to ask

Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, the room has almost everything you may need, tram station is close by, parking ok, nice art, staff extremely nice and helpful.
No breakfast, our room was downstairs, so no view from the room (inner courtyard).

Very clean and comfortable and in a great location. It’s very welcoming and makes you feel at home. We arrived early in Vienna and the staff was very accommodating.

In may 2025 , ask for air-conditioning, but they said it is closed till now, why to pay here more than 235 euro per night without air-conditioning is high price .

I had read the reviews and honestly, couldn't be expressed well enough until experienced. The apartments are clean and have everything one would need, the terrace is lovely. The staff were very accommodating and I even had a free cacao after check out while waiting for transport.

Appartment was very nice. I wish the second bed were a real bed as well.
When I booked, Booking.com listed it as 24 hours reception. That was not the case and checking in after 10 pm proved challenging, especially for the parking.
