Parks 73 was amazing. From the helpful and knowledgeable staff, to the incredible apartment, it has been the best place I've ever stayed. Rooms are large and well equipped. Access is easy. I will definitely be staying there again when I next visit Vienna. You will not find a more convenient location to explore the city.

I liked the apartment. Spacious, clean, well-kept. Transportation to the center with tram 71 which runs excellently.
The bed in the living room is actually an uncomfortable extendable armchair.

Liked: friendly staff, clean rooms. Museums and prater easily accesible with a tram. Disliked: the water temperature kept changing from too cold to too hot while taking a shower. We could not figure out how to adjust A/C temperature.
