Their electric controlled showers don’t work well when showing tingles from scaling hot to frigid cold - when I expressed my concerns to the management they simply said that they would pass on to maintenance - for something this uncomfortable a more appropriate response would have been expected

We had a wonderful stay at the newly renovated Anantara Palais Hansen Vienna. The hotel feels fresh and modern, while still keeping the charm of the historic building. We stayed in a Deluxe room with a courtyard view, which was very quiet—so peaceful that we could sleep with the window open, something that’s rare in a city hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design and details. The bed was super cozy and we slept really well throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast. It was excellent, with both a buffet and à la carte options. There was a great selection of fresh food, and everything we tried was delicious. The staff were friendly and professional, always making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a relaxing and luxurious stay in a beautiful hotel right in the heart of Vienna. We would definitely come back and recommend it to others looking for a quiet, high-quality place to stay.
