We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The hotel is beautiful, elegant and extremely well equipped, with great attention to every detail. Our room was exceptionally spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was equally impressive, beautifully designed and equipped with premium amenities, including Dyson. What made our stay truly special was the wonderful service. A very special thank you to Alexandra, who took such great care in organizing a lovely surprise for our little boy’s upcoming birthday. It was an incredibly thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable. We would also like to mention the lovely lady who welcomed us every morning at breakfast. She was always so warm, friendly and welcoming, and started our mornings with a smile. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name, but her kindness certainly didn’t go unnoticed. The entire team was professional, attentive and genuinely caring. From the spacious rooms and excellent facilities to all the thoughtful little details, everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely love to return!

I loved absolutely everything about this property. From the entrance, Guest Relations team (Dominik in particular), are making you feel so special. Everyone is helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and new. Location of the hotel is just wonderful definitely my favorite property in Vienna!

This hotel was the legendary Kempinski hotel, now under a different name. Great rooms, service. Especially, the staff was amazing, very friendly, helpful, genuinely great people!

Staff was friendly and the location of the hotel is excellent! The room is clean and comfortable and overall a good choice hotel. They provided a welcome note and welcome gesture which was really kind. They told us the room was upgraded but it wasn't the spacious one, it was the same one I booked on booking.com
The replenishment of the room during room service is not great. We had to call every day to ask for new mugs and coffee capsules to use so they need to be more hands on with their guests on such requests. Why can't you add extra if it was a first time request then on day 2 and then day 3. Also, it's unfortunate we didn't use the spa as there is one therapist who can acommodate three of us, so we couldn't do our massages at the same time which means we need to keep three hours free so hence we had to cancel.
