The meticulously clean apartment. A cleaning lady comes every day. Very quiet surroundings and easy public transportation to the centre of the city. Check in is very easy despite the lack of human presence. Just opposite the building there is small but very well stocked supermarket. Additional bonus is the laundry in the premises with two washing machines and one drying one. And it is free of charge. It was very useful while we stayed for 23 nights during one of the hottest summers in the history of Vienna.

The self check-in was so smooth and quick! We appreciated having the option to do our laundry downstairs and used it twice during our stay. It was so close to the train station and there were many food places (restaurant, grocery) within a 10 minute walk.
It felt like a budget hotel with budget furniture, nothing special but it did the job well!

Self check in could not find our reservation however this was quickly fixed when i called the help line.
Nice clean and comfy room with a compact design and very well thought layout.
Had a small kitchen area as well.
They supported our request for luggage storage for the day time as well, as our flight was late in the night.
Overall very good experience.

I found the self check-in a hassle, especially since I got caught between the front door and the second door after my luggage including passport and cell-phone was already behind this second door that - to my surprise - was then locked again. That the first key-card wasn't properly coded, didn't help the experience either.

Everything was perfect — the apartment was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location made it easy to reach everywhere. After check-out, they kindly stored our luggage for free until our flight. Highly recommend and will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I like, that is clean, is at good location. Apartment looks very nice, and more than I expected. The most was that we have it balcony with table and chairs. The apartment was in the inside part, and was very calm, not noise from the street.

Unfortunately, my experience with this hotel was very negative already from the check-in stage.
Even before arrival, the online pre-check-in did not work. On the day of arrival, I came a bit earlier to store my luggage, but the intercom system failed multiple times when trying to open the door remotely. As a result, I had to take my luggage with me again and return later, which already created a poor first impression.
When I returned at check-in time, the terminal showed that no reservation could be found under my name. After waiting, I had to call support. During this call, there seemed to be confusion about the name on the booking. I repeatedly explained the name I had provided, but was told I had given the wrong one. Although I remained factual, I was interrupted several times and the tone became increasingly unfriendly. Instead of trying to resolve the issue together, I was blamed twice for allegedly providing the wrong name. The call ended abruptly without resolving the problem.
When I called again, another colleague immediately provided my room number, but I was still treated with little respect. Again, it was insisted that I had given the wrong name, even though it turned out my reservation was in the system. Most disappointing was the lack of apology for the technical issues and inconvenience. I would have expected my concerns to be taken seriously instead of being blamed for a system error.
In addition, there were long queues at the only check-in terminal, and other guests also seemed to face similar issues.
Technical problems can happen, but what matters is how they are handled. After several issues in a row, I expected polite communication and understanding. Instead, I felt my concerns were not taken seriously and not treated with respect.
Because of these experiences and how they were handled, I did not feel properly looked after or secure as a guest. For this reason, I would not recommend this hotel.

Fantastic and self sufficient apartment! We were there for 4 nights but could definitely imagine staying longer. Very well connected to other parts of town through metro, bus and tram.

Very clean and spacious apartment. Close to the tram, a bus and the U-Bahn. Had a very nice and small restaurant "Klein aber fein" with delicious food. The staff answered quickly via the app chat.

The room is clean, and location is great
The communication to the apartment staff is really, really bad. There are only 3 ways to contact the apartment should you have any issues with your stay: 1. International phone call which is expensive if your hold time is 30 minutes.
2. Email which is not responded to quickly
3. Go to the main entrance of the apartment to use the intercom to talk to a staff member, and it automatically cuts off every 2-3 minutes, so you will have to call again. The hairdryer in my room didn't work, so I had to go to the main hallway to talk to the staff. I followed the instructions, checking the locker room, bike room, and laundry room for a spare one, but none were there. After several calls and 30 min standing in the hallway, I was told a new hairdryer would be sent to my room the next day.
The main point isn't about the hairdryer. In the middle of the night, standing in the hallway for more than 30 minutes, I had to call the intercom several times because of auto-disconnect. A better communication system should be implemented.
Here is the message I got from the OLIVER after I posted my comments: "Our concept seems not to match your expectations and we strongly suggest to match your expecation with what you are booking. If a broken hairdryer results in the worst experience you had, you might need to think of a different hotel you are booking. Or maybe bring a hairdryer yourself when a broken item (which can happen naything, in any place) can not be repalced on the spot. Good luck with your travelling!"

The property is easily accessible by public transport from both the airport and the city centre. Self check-in/check-out is easy. Next to the grocery store. The apartment spacious and modern. Very responsive staff. For us, the mattress was too hard and the blanket seemed too thick, at the first request extra blankets were given to put on the mattress and also a thinner blanket. Towels are changed, trash is emptied, dishwasher tablets are replenished daily. It is possible to leave suitcases before/after staying (1 eur coin is required, which is returned).
More as a suggestion, not that I didn't like. It would have been nice to have salt, pepper and oil in the kitchen, because buying a pack of salt or a bottle of oil in the store for less than a week is not reasonable. We left a bottle of olive oil started. Because you can't take it home in your backpack. The second thing - you have to take into account that the elevator is well heard in the rooms of the main building, especially when late guests return to the accommodation ;)
