Wonderful
The property is easily accessible by public transport from both the airport and the city centre. Self check-in/check-out is easy. Next to the grocery store. The apartment spacious and modern. Very responsive staff. For us, the mattress was too hard and the blanket seemed too thick, at the first request extra blankets were given to put on the mattress and also a thinner blanket. Towels are changed, trash is emptied, dishwasher tablets are replenished daily. It is possible to leave suitcases before/after staying (1 eur coin is required, which is returned).
More as a suggestion, not that I didn't like. It would have been nice to have salt, pepper and oil in the kitchen, because buying a pack of salt or a bottle of oil in the store for less than a week is not reasonable. We left a bottle of olive oil started. Because you can't take it home in your backpack. The second thing - you have to take into account that the elevator is well heard in the rooms of the main building, especially when late guests return to the accommodation ;)

Our room was upgraded for free, which was very nice and convenient. There is a grocery store right in front of the building, and several restaurants nearby. The host also provided essential items, including dish soap and dishwasher pods.

Loved the fact that there was a market across the street. Place drop off your suitcase inside the building. A place to wait and the fact that there was a kitchen in the room just made it blissful. The heating wad great. I loved it all despite being a bit upset at the beginning because I felt it was far from the center but it turned out OK because the public transportation is great. With a 3 day pass we could use anything to anywhere we wanted.
Gets a bit scary at night. Also, the check in took a bit at the beginning.wasnt so smooth.

It is comfortable, had a small kitchen and appliances and the heater was working great.
It was a twin mattress put together. We had issues with the card for the check in, and had to call them. Earlier check in or later check out is paid. And they only make the bed, didn’t even changed the lining.

To my surprise, they changed towels upon request, cleaned trash cans every day and made the bed every day. Bus stop 57A is nearby as well as other train stations within a reasonable distance.

I tried to drop my luggage before check in but when I tried to buzz in someone answered and didn’t come to the front to let me in. I ended up having to pay for early check in because I didn’t have the option to drop off my luggage.

Disappointing
The apartment was great, comfortable and clean. However the hot water wasn’t working for the shower on day of departure and despite being fixed prior to check-up, it held us up.
We had trouble with the key card and neither the intercom or direct phone line were working due to technical issues so we couldn’t get the immediate help we needed. It left us feeling stressed & tired after an already tiring journey. Also it reduced the time for sightseeing. Thankfully we worked the key system out by ourselves in the end.

Perfect location, very beautiful, clean, spacious apartment. Very accessible from airport (10 minutes walking from train/bus station). Lots of transportation to center or 45 minutes straight light-walking. Lots of store to buy everything (Penny shop just opposite the entrance)...
The check-in and check-out application very hard, almost impossible to make. Instead of asking the No. of the reservation, they ask first name and it didn't work, I had to ask help several times. Also, the check-out didn't work, we've managed to do it with help from the staff. Everything else was perfect.

Wonderful
Nice space, clean, comfortable, practical, well equipped. Great shower. Convenient grocery store right in front of the property. We used the kitchen a little more than we expected because it was well equipped and the complementary washer/dryer station was a bonus for this trip where we are in and out of suitcases during a rainy period.
Only things we didn't like was no conditionner in the shower and we couldn't couldn't get the air circulation going even when all the windows and doors were closed. Luckily, it was fresh outside, so we just opened a window to get some fresh air. For improvement, some USB plugs would be a nice addition.
