The location was convenient for both U-bahn and tram travel about the city, as well as for trains out of Vienna. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, and staff were doing everything required.
There wasn't really any personality or warmth to this hotel. Perhaps all one needs it a bed and a breakfast, but my experience was extraordinarily like I was to just come and go, and appear for breakfast. More like a place to live, rather than to be a guest.

Wonderful
The location was pretty good, the most frequent public transportation lines are all very close. The building is modern, spacious and has a nice atmosphere to it :) Additionally, there are tons of bakeries, restaurants and cafs nearby to enjoy.
That we had to leave, 10/10 would book again :D

Assuming the overall prices for Vienna hotels, this is a good value for money. The room is clean and spacious. The location is comfortable. The tram stop right in front of the hotel provides easy access to metro stations. It is also easily reachable from the airport, just a 10-minute walk from VAL1 last stop. The breakfast selection may not be very extensive, but it offers enough choices.
The heavy doors are a bit uncomfyortable while carrying luggage. On the first day I was a little confused about reaching room as there were no signs indicating connecting corridors (later I discovered another entrance that was more comfortable - the breakfast is served in the space with the same entrance). There is no fridge or kettle in the room. Since window faces the street, it may be a bit noisy.

great location close to the MuseumsQuartier transport, cafes and groceries close by easily accessible by tram nice staff very clean rooms, large very good breakfast spread
the noise from the street carries up - but it is nothing a pair of ear plugs cannot solve :) I would definitely change the stained carpets in the halls for a cheap vinyl floor with nice decor and noise insulation (currently they do not do justice to the hotel and rooms)
