The rooms were spacious and very clean. We had a coffee machine in the room and the coffee pods were updated every day. The breakfast was amazing, everything was very tasty and fresh. The area was very convenient to visit the amusement park on foot, with goo restaurants around, and a subway station very close to take you everywhere (Vienna is the best city in terms of transport, after all). Next time we'll visit Vienna, we'll book the same hotel.
The breakfast area was very busy at times, making it difficult to find an available table. However, we didn't need to wait for more than 5 minutes on any day of our stay. Literally, there are no negatives on this hotel.

Our stay at Novotel Suites Wien City Donau was absolutely exceptional.
The staff were impeccable – polite, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile.
The hotel feels as if it was built yesterday: everything is spotless, modern and beautifully maintained.
I particularly loved the room layout, with the toilet separate from the shower and bathroom, which is incredibly practical and not very common in most hotels.
The beds were fantastic, offering real comfort and rest, while the level of cleanliness throughout the property was truly outstanding — everything sparkled.
Breakfast was excellent, with great variety, fresh options and constant replenishment.
Finally, the location is perfect: the metro station is just a 2-minute walk away, making it extremely easy to reach every part of Vienna.
Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations.
We would choose it again without hesitation.

The idea of a suite was a good idea. The area was very quiet although there were not a lot of facilities nearby, but we knew that when we booked.
We could not have known about the incredibly rude, unhelpful and downright unpleasant check in staff late at night on our arrival. For the four days we were there, the Reception IT system failed to work properly and one older reception lady took it on herself to make every guest live her problems. We witnessed it the night after we arrived and the next night after that. Same script same behaviour. She was deeply unpleasant and patronizing. We will not be coming back, nor using Novotel again. The room was ok but not really clean. The place was being redecorated but nobody advised in advance and the wifi was the worst we have ever experienced.
