The NH Wien City offers air-conditioned rooms directly on Mariahilfer Straße, Vienna’s biggest shopping street. An underground station is in the same building complex. Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel. The spacious rooms offer a work desk and a flat-screen TV. Most have a separate living and sleeping area (sliding door) and some come with a kitchenette. The room was large with comfortable beds and lots of pillows. The breakfast was very good. The location was easy to get to by metro and in a nice area.

The location of property is great. Near to metro and walking distance from many attractions.
The property needs a renovation and cleaning on everywhere. Carpets and chairs need to be renovated or cleaned.

We had a great stay – the staff was very friendly, the location is excellent, and breakfast was good.
The only downside was the extra bed in the family room, which was quite uncomfortable due to noticeable springs.

I like the staff very kind and helpful! I like the size of the room but the style needs an upgrade ! The breakfast was pleasant but limited choice! Amazing location!

The hotel was okay. Slightly outdated design, but for the price normal. However, avoid the front entrance from the Main Street at all costs when coming at night. Full of passed out drug addicts and homeless people sleeping on the ground.

I return to this NH again and again because it has an excellent location, parking (paid), close to shops, restaurants and my favorite museums, the Naschmarkt (food and market) and Neubau which is a lovely neighbourhood. This is my favorite part of Vienna to stay in, walking distance to the 1st district as well. The rooms are very comfortable, large in comparison to similar hotels in this price range. Room was clean, there's a small fridge, water cooker and a nice shower. It is right next to an underground station.
For those who care about design, you won't find any here. This is a very simple no nonsense hotel and I prefer to pay for space and location than design in boutique hotels with tiny rooms.
