Location was good. Staff was helpful.
The carpets were in horrible conditions so the room felt quite dirty. I felt like there were no supermarkets around, and the hotel doesnt offer room service after breakfast. Also, the room was always very warm, so we had to sleep with the windows open (in December), but the street was quite noisy…

With the cold winters of Vienna, the room takes some time to heat up.

We enjoyed the facilities and the complimentary drinks and snacks were great. The staff were helpful with luggage storage and the heating worked very well.
We enjoyed the facilities in the hotel, yet the room itself had carpeted floors with bleach stains; this could be updated with wooden/ laminate floors. We were told room service comes every 4 days, and after requesting it, they still didn't come. We also ran out of hand soap and shower gel, both of which were not full when we arrived. There were also stains in the fridge from previous people which was interesting.

The sauna and wellness centre is open 24 hours, but you have to let them know 20-30 minutes in advance so they can turn on and heat up the sauna.
Got quite cold at night.

The room was very clean, comfortable bed. It had all the amenities. It also had coffee capsules and a coffee maker.
The wifi was very good, the toilet very clean.
The location was a bit far, but you could take the bus or you could walk about 20-30 min to the main attractions.
Also they didn’t clean the room, unless you asked them, the day before, cause they had this rule of cleaning once in 4 days.

Fabulous hotel. Perfect location for Belvedere and not too far to walk to many other sights.Lovely traditional hotel with excellent service. Room was excellent, clean, super large and also very quiet.Bed was also lovely and firm which is how I prefer a hotel bed. Reception staff were super friendly and efficient. We decided to add breakfast on to save time in the morning before our train. Breakfast had a good choice and lots of healthy food, as well as the treats such as cakes and fabulous bread. All staff we encountered were very well presented and friendly with excellent English.
There was nothing I could fault with the room or hotel.

Nice hotel. Spacious rooms, high ceilings. Very convenient for the Belvedere.
Some of the plugs sockets in the room seemed not to work. Wasn’t a convenient socket on both sides of the bed for things like charging mobile phone.
