Location & Big room
Lobby looked like a small rural train station. Ugly red rug and flooring. If they only change the flooring to marble, and the rugs in the entry in the ground floor hallway to classier rugs, it could change the ambience significantly.

The location close to the city center.
These impressions are after staying one night in an ugly, small windowed and cold room.
We booked a superior double room, but we got something else than in the pictures.
The coffee machine was broken.
The AC was very noisy and inefficient.
Not really clean - there were some hairs in the sink in the bathroom. The water pressure was too low both in the shower and sink.
The radiator in the bathroom is for design, I think. We tried to turn it on, no result. It was really cold in the bathroom in the morning.
We also had problems with the elevator - stuck in it for about 5 minutes, up and down between floors.
After we insisted seriously and complained about the room, they gave us another one, more ok, the next day.

Room was larger than we expected and in really nice corner position so windows from 2 sides at top floor with plenty of natural light, liked having an entry area for luggage too.
Breakfast was adequate and good but could be better with more fruit.
Hotel a little dated and fairly long walk down busy road to downtown Vienna, but we came expecting that anyway.

-Conveniently located near direct train to the airport, and only 20 min walk to tourist attractions in the center of Vienna;
- Our room was clean and quiet;
-Kettle and mini refrigerator were a plus
From the moment I made a reservation I asked for a quiet room with 2 beds (there were choices between 1 double or 2 twin beds). In the request section I asked for 2 beds again; I emailed property when I got confirmation as well.
When I arrived, they didn't have the room I requested, and I had to share the same bed with my friend for our stay.

Good location about 15 minutes from the city centre by transit.
The room was extremely hot and AC was turned off but we couldn’t open the window as there is no screen to prevent bugs from coming in. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were not up to international hotel standards. Moreover, the door to the room was defective and we had to insert the card 4-5 times on each occasion to finally open it.

The breakfast was delicious and diverse in its offerings. Nice! The room was a good size and the bed comfortable.
The location is a bit far from the main attractions in central Vienna. There is a train / subway station nearby that is convenient for making transfer to desired locations.
