Renovated in 2015 and located directly on Mariahilfer Straße, Vienna’s biggest shopping street, NH Collection Wien Zentrum offers spacious, air-conditioned units with free WiFi. Nice, spacious room with a great sized bathroom and shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Super location right by and underground station.
A/C wasn't turned on yet (spring). Not uncomfortable, but we like to sleep with it cool. Not a lot of restaurants in the area.

Nicely located with an U-bahn station entrance just outside. Breakfast served on the 7th floor with possibility to eat outside on terrace was a nice surprise.
The family room was spacious and clean but not very inspiring.

The breakfast was OK and the staff was very kind. The hotel is located right on the famous Mariahilfer Str. and close to an U-bahn station.
It was cold, and we've got an electric heater, but only for the second night. The main elevator was broken and we had to use the stairs or the second elevator (not very easily to locate), but only to the third floor, and then back to the stairs. We were told that this was an emergency solution due to a broken piping that caused flooding and damaged the main elevator.
