Renovated in 2015 and located directly on Mariahilfer Straße, Vienna’s biggest shopping street, NH Collection Wien Zentrum offers spacious, air-conditioned units with free WiFi. The Zieglergasse Underground Station (line U3) is right next to the hotel. The spacious and modern rooms are between 30 and 164 ft² in size. The large bathrooms come with a rain shower. Wonderful
The room was large, the view of the street was fine. The bed was comfortable. It was very clean, there was coffee, tea, slippers, water on the house. The personnel very respectful. The location was great!
It was very hot in the room when we arrived, but we switched the heating off and opened the windows, than it was fine. Slightly scuffed floor, but still looks ok.

The staff, the treats, the location, and the comfort of the room were all excellent. Everything was top-notch. The staff were attentive and welcoming, the amenities were thoughtfully prepared, the location was very convenient, and the room was extremely comfortable, making the overall experience truly enjoyable.

Very Noisy because of constructions early morning, street noise, elevator far away from reception, one elevator only, very narrow corridors, no conceirge, very small lobby, and car parking location and price

There are renovations at the nearby H&M, the noise starts very early and continues throughout the day. We were not told about it.

The location, clean, size of the room
While booking the room it shows that it has ac but it in reality it doesn’t work in winter, it turns automatically into heater. However they offered a fan, but still it wasn’t comfortable. Also a strange women entered to my family’s room by mistake and this is so unsafe, the women asked the housekeeping to open to her the door because she forgot her card and then she entered my family room!!

The bed and the pillows were comfy.
This is officially the hotel of stains and the worst service ever IN THE MIDDLE OF VIENNA. If I could give this zero star I would do it how on earth is this a 4 star hotel when the AC is steaming hot , stains everywhere on the walls , around the sink and the sink itself was dirty. Dusty floors!!! When I asked for a baby bed they brought me one full of dust and damaged UNFORTUNATELY I didn’t take a picture of it but they changed it ! Also they claim that they do room service BUT ONLY BREAKFAST so if you were starving in the 4 STAR HOTEL YOU MUST GO OUTSIDE GET YOURSELF FOOD OR ORDER ONLINE AS IF YOU WERE IN A 1 STAR HOTEL ADDITIONALLY !!! I just placed an order from room service now it’s 7 for breakfast they called me to say that they DONT HAVE PERSONNEL TO OFFER YOU BREAKFAST IN YOUR ROOM .. I’ve never been in such terrible hotel before .. in the middle of Vienna, 4 stars .. WHAT A SHAME
