Location suited me. Room was clean and quiet. Bathroom clean and good size. Good shower, lots of hot water.
Pillows are no addition. More life in a pancake. Quilt was a single one for a double bed. Towels were poor, they need replacing. The bed was in a place like under a stairs, not a comfortable spot at all.

Perfect for parking the car then moving by bus and tram to the central. Room is clean and comfortable.
You can't find a person easily in reception. You have to ring the bell many times.

Super clean, self check-in, very large room with an extra kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils for a medium stay. It was very quiet and right across the street there is a bakery that serves nice breakfasts.
The self-check in although works very well requires a lot on information that has to be entered over and over again (a bit annoying when traveling with family members that share the same address).

Calmness of the place
The apartment was not cleaned - cereals on the floor, hair in the bathtub, dirty dishes in the closets. Their check-in machine has bad translations.

I did not get to stay here due to over booking. I did not know about over booking until I arrived at the premises and the owner Schmid advised me that he had contacted B.Com re same and that they should have let me know. He was apologetic and went about sourcing alternative accommodation for me. This was done and Schmid brought me to new accommodation and got me checked in. It was a little bit removed from where I wanted to be but nothing serious. Based on my dealing with Schmid, I am happy to recommend this premises.
