The location was great, it was relatively quiet eventhough it was right at Westbahnhof station. The bed was comfortable and the room clean.
The breakfast was good but so busy one could hardly move around to get food. I know that is hard to change but it made the stay slightly less cosy.

Location! quite rooms despite being on the main street(s). very comfy mattress. Pulkautaler restaurant via-a-vis with great Wiener-küche food. Room was already available before 14:00 on arrival (15:00 is check-in time)
seems rather crowded & busy at breakfast time, so we just went 20 meters from the entrance - up to Westbahnhof's food corner.
still no direct train from Westbahnhof to the airport, so one has to change trains at lest once (Landstrasse or Meidling)

The location to this hotel was excellent, you walk out of the hotel and the tram station is there. The main popular shopping street is across the road. There is mcdonalds and a good selection of shops in the tram station. The airport bus stops right outside the hotel. The staff where friendly and kind. The rooms are very small I will admit that and no wardrobe just a a lil section where you can hang some items. Its basic but we only used the room to sleep and considering the location and amenities around the hotel it made up for it
