Excellent location right outside the train and underground. Good quiet neighborhood. Hotel was basic in room amenities but that was ok for a short stay.
Nothing. A coffee machine in the bedroom would have been nice.

The room was a good size and there is a very nice bar / coffee shop in the lobby. The lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas. They have a monitor showing the transport links and times from Westbanhof station.
The check in and check out was chaotic and slow. We were travelling with a very young baby and had requested. in advance, a baby cot for the room. Although our request was confirmed, when we arrived at the hotel at 20:30, the room assigned to us didn't have the cot. There was a long line at the check in, and we were told it would be at least half an hour until we could get the cot. We had to keep hassling the staff until eventually they brought it.

The location of the hotel was ideal for our visit due to the close proximity of the various means of transport which allowed us to travel around the city.
We were happy with all aspects of the hotel and facilities.

Excellent location. Clean room and bathroom. Warm. Modern. Comfortable bed and pillows. Easy check-in and check-out. Quality cosmetics in the bathroom.
There are no clothes racks. There is no cobbler and shoe sponge. There is no mini bar.

Great location right next to the train station. Comfortable stay with quiet rooms and comfortable bedding. Beautiful hotel!
Breakfast was expensive and the rooms were too hot. Couldn’t open the window due to the business of the train station…noise all night long, so we sweat. I’m not sure why European hotels need to keep the temp at 80 degrees!
