I requested a quiet room and got a very quiet one; it's a nice, clean hotel that's close to the metro station, with the airport bus departing right in front of the entrance.

The location was amazing - a very short walk from the Wien Westbahnhof (note that's not the central Wien bahnhof) with local trains, trams, and buses all right there to get around the city. Right next to a mall and Ikea - bonus for us coming from a small town! The room was cozy (small), but very well-appointed and comfortable with a great view of the city! The bathroom was very nice, but missing some of the amenities someone might expect like body lotion and hair conditioner. The bed was very comfortable for both of us - so a bit on the softer side than your typical European mattress in my experience traveling here. The breakfast was amazing - well worth the extra cost if you're a big morning eater! The staff was accommodating and gracious, and the hotel was safe and secure.
Conditioner and lotion in the bathroom maybe, but I brought my own!

good location, its exactly at the station. near to selection of restaurants. Bed is super comfortable. Complete amenities except for a fridge.
there is no fridge or an ice machine should be made available as the hallway is long and long walk to request in lobby restaurant. check the toilet sink as it takes sometime fot water to subside which shows its almost getting clogged.

This hotel was in a fantastic location, with easy access to bus, tram, and metro stops, making it simple to get around the city. It’s also close to a variety of restaurants, bars, and a supermarket, which was super convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained, making for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
There’s not much to complain about, the room didn’t have a fridge or kettle, which I had assumed would be included. It was mentioned in the details, I just missed it. Still, having those amenities would have made the stay even more comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and I appreciate the organic items (soaps, food).
It would have been good to be told that the rooms with a city view are very loud (unless one kept the windows closed).
