- Modern look, lively - Clean all around - Fast elevator; arrives very quickly too - Nice modern bar - Nice large tables to put laptops on and work - Easy to use, clean, walk-in shower - Toilet works perfectly - Very helpful, polite staff at front desk and in the bar
- Usually in other hotels there are at least 2 glasses (made of glass). Here we had 2 horrible paper cups. They are NOT appropriate for drinking water or for any use. Please provide real-glass glasses. - Hooks for hanging clothes, were not usable. Clothes, hangers kept falling off. Proper place to hang shirts, jackets, clothes should be provided. - Suggestion (but not an issue): More Austrian/German content on TV would be nice.

Perfect location to explore Vienna. Next to West Bahnhof with train connections to all Europe and airport buses as well as a few steps away from the biggest shopping street of the city. Simple but cozy rooms and lobby like most hotels of this chain.
The should really consider at least coffee facilities in the room for what they charge.

The location was perfect!! Very convenient area, the hotel is next to the subway station and the main street with all the stores. The decoration of the lobby and the rooms is very nice. I certainly recommend it!
The breakfast was a little poor.

the location was very practical, the railway station was next to the hotel, with many stores to visit, and also you could find taxi easily any time
