Excellent location. Clean room and bathroom. Warm. Modern. Comfortable bed and pillows. Easy check-in and check-out. Quality cosmetics in the bathroom.
There are no clothes racks. There is no cobbler and shoe sponge. There is no mini bar.

Great location right next to the train station. Comfortable stay with quiet rooms and comfortable bedding. Beautiful hotel!
Breakfast was expensive and the rooms were too hot. Couldn’t open the window due to the business of the train station…noise all night long, so we sweat. I’m not sure why European hotels need to keep the temp at 80 degrees!

Perfect location, literally on top of subway node and train station. Nevertheless very quiet considering very close proximity to all transportation. Clean and friendly staff.

Good location, easy access to the airport by bus literally outside the hotel doors.
Very clean, very nice staff. I loved the desidn, and breakfast was great.
The room is on the small side but still functional.
No coffee machine in the room.

LOCATION IS EXCELLENT. Immediate access to city public transportation & shops and services of BahnhofCity Wien West. In the room we had very comfortable mattress and pillow.
There are 4 spacious elevators in the hotel, so it is easy to get to the room or the lobby even in crowded "rush" times.
Free wifi was absolutely useless, really do not understand why.
There are only 2 short & narrow shelves in the room for 2 persons clothing, belongings and other stuff. It's OK for 1-3 nights for 1 person, but not comfortable for 2 people sharing the room, especially not for several days!
