Modern classic & sleek hotel within Inner Stadt. A hop & skip away from Vienna State Opera, the Albertina, Burggarten, Cafe Mozart, St. Charles Church, & many attractions. Karlsplatz U bahn station is steps away. Many colorful districts are within 15-30 minutes walking distance. Room was spacious with a window view of inner courtyard. Bed was comfy & moderate lighting was perfect. Cozy interiors. Location is unbeatable. Big variety of nearby eateries & bars. Would love to stay here again in the future.
There were 2 staff members at reception that were slightly rude. Also the hotel room numbers & placement are unusual & a bit confusing to locate.

Hotel was in a lovely old building, very beautifully decorated. Staff was amazing. Rooms were small but very comfortable and clean. This hotel is so close to galleries museums and of course the Opera House in Vienna. could not have found a more convenient and pleasant place to stay. Highly recommended.

Our stay was awesome! Very comfortable rooms with very comfortable bed. The breakfast included was delicious and a lot of variety of food and drinks. Hotel was at a walking distance of all main historic buildings and Vienna State Opera building right behind hotel

Location is excellent. The room was quiet, but a little small for two people with luggage. No safe in the room. This being the third stop on my trip, I was disappointed that there wasn't anything hot to eat.

Staff are friendly and accommodated an early check in. Close to the opera house, and very walkable to the shops, museums, and palaces nearby. Honestly a great location. There is a restaurant onsite and a good lobby area to sit and hangout. Close to the metro for easy access.
No mini fridge (I like to keep chilled water or some fruit in my rooms), the room was a little small. Oddly there is no fan in the bathroom so showering makes a sauna and smells can linger.

Location
Smoking at the entrance.It is a total disgrace to allow smokers to gather at the entrance .Smokers Butt Bins have carelessly been positioned either side of the entry door.You are greeted by unhealthy smoke on arrival and departure.I do not want to smoke and the passive smoke I consumed could not be avoided.Its time for smokers to have their private area where they cannot harm other people.
The other problem was the lack of a refrigerator and tea making facilities in the room.Really poor for the price.

The location was probably the only positive thing about the hotel.
1. We were given an accessible room, better suited for a person with special needs. It was quite awkward when we first walked in. Felt like the choice of room was unnecessary while we could have been given a normal room.
2. The breakfast was awful. The breakfast had only a handful of options to choose from and limited seating availability. The restaurant is packed in the morning and the breakfast was so dull that we skipped it on our third day.
We just got to Vienna from Prague so we had something to benchmark our visit with. Our hotel in Prague including the breakfast spread was so good and worth the price paid. And that too was in the city center. So this was a huge disappointment. The convenience of location was THE ONLY good thing

The location was a standout. Subway Line U1near hotel. easy to get from Wien Central Station. The Opera House steps away, also surrounded by shops, dining, cafes, bars and sights within walking distance. further away sights reachable by efficient transport options. The hotel was very clean, foyer and bar stunning. Quiet small but comfortable room, basic amenities (Queen, upper level-lift access) Staff pleasant.
Provision of tea, coffee, making amenities ,water, in-room mini fridge, would have made this ,more value for money.

Great location. Walkable to all our activities. Modern, clean rooms. They had a room ready for us to check-in when we had a morning arrival from the US. It was a great bonus to be able to wash up and get organized after an overnight flight. They also had a secure place to store luggage on our checkout day.
