The location was next to a U bahn station and near the Prater park, but nice and quiet in the rooms, despite the buzzing bar downstairs, which was excellent. The staff were lovely, breakfast delicious and rooms very comfortable. The room was kept super clean and I loved the relaxing fish screen on the TV
Lack of a kettle or other refreshment facilities in the room. Breakfast was a bit pricey!

Nice room. Plenty of space. Clean. Armchair and desk chair. Window that opened. Friendly, efficient staff. Comfortable chairs in lounge area. Adequate breakfast. Central location.
Lounge too dark in evening. Confusing system of light in room.

Wonderful
Very nice rooms and a great bar area in the ground floor of the hotel. The Stephansplatz is easily reachable within 15-20 minutes with the U-Bahn. The staff was very nice. The rooms were quiet with the windows closed even with the Prater area right next door.

The room was really good, clean, and very comfortable. The shower could have had a bit more water pressure, but it was still perfectly usable. The location is fantastic, offering a great view of the Prater and sitting right next to the Prater metro station, which makes getting around the city extremely easy.
The only drawbacks were the absence of a minibar in the room and the lack of laundry facilities in the building.
