Wonderful
Nice room. Plenty of space. Clean. Armchair and desk chair. Window that opened. Friendly, efficient staff. Comfortable chairs in lounge area. Adequate breakfast. Central location.
Lounge too dark in evening. Confusing system of light in room.

Wonderful
Very nice rooms and a great bar area in the ground floor of the hotel. The Stephansplatz is easily reachable within 15-20 minutes with the U-Bahn. The staff was very nice. The rooms were quiet with the windows closed even with the Prater area right next door.

The room was really good, clean, and very comfortable. The shower could have had a bit more water pressure, but it was still perfectly usable. The location is fantastic, offering a great view of the Prater and sitting right next to the Prater metro station, which makes getting around the city extremely easy.
The only drawbacks were the absence of a minibar in the room and the lack of laundry facilities in the building.

Very close to Prater park
Customer services, hotel reception staff were terrible, unhelpful and rude. We stayed 3 nights. On 2 of the mornings we were woken up before 8 due to maintenance (this had to be scheduled as it was lock changes on all rooms). First morning asked reception if they knew how long they’re were due to Carry out the work, receptionist had to ask someone else who still didn’t have an answer and then asked me the issue. The second morning we woke up to maintenance men entering our hotel room - just after 8 am (do not disturb sign on door) they left the door open. This was not a member of the hotel and we were in bed, we hurried to get ready and check out. I raised this and was concerned over safety and no warning at reception and receptionist response was to call the hotel.

The location is great near the metro station, and also near prater park.
Next to the hotel there is a burger place and a sushi restaurant that you can enjoy at night.
Love the location.
