A stylish hotel with very friendly staff. Even though the hotel is not located in the inner city, it is very easy and fast (10 minutes) to get there by subway. Lovely garden.

Motel One Wien-Prater offers a well designed hotel room in a neighborhood location. It is very close to the Prater amusement park and within walking distance of the Wien PraterStern metro station. Great staff. Near retail and restaurants.

We travelled to Vienna to meet friends. The hotel was clean, most of the staff were pleasant. Good location for the fun fair and metro station.
We didn't book breakfast. The first day we paid. Second day my husband came down, earlier than myself. Asked the girl if he could sit and have a coffee, pay for breakfast when I arrived. Very rudely was told "no". She refused him entrance to the restaurant and told him to sit and wait. Said it was "fast track"!!
We have a small hotel in Greece, I would be horrified if my staff treated our guests in such a rude arrogant way. She proceeded to tell other staff something about us which made us very uncomfortable.
In October our family will visit our friends again, unfortunately we will not return to this hotel.

The proximity to the convention center, Prater, and public transport was good
The hotel provided a poor experience due to a malfunctioning AC, which was initially said to be broken throughout the hotel and then later claimed to be intentionally turned off until the end of May. This inconsistency in explanations left us frustrated. Despite the helpfulness of the receptionists in trying to change our room, the alternative room was noisy with open windows and inadequately shaded from the morning sun, disrupting our sleep further. The bed and pillows were notably uncomfortable. Overall, the service was unacceptable, reflecting a problematic hotel policy. We received no compensation for our unpleasant stay, which failed to meet the basic expectation of a good night's sleep.

Very close to the train and being right next to the fair was a great bonus. We had a balcony facing the rides but as soon as toy closed the patio doors, all outdoor sounds stopped. Perfect
